Sunny apartment in heart of Nice Old Town

Up ip and away.

Pros: A modern well fitted out apartment. Location perfect in the centre of the old town.

Cons: The stairs 80 in all to reach the apartment. Very small narrow toilet. TV difficult to navigate. Make sure all x3 plugs are in the circuit. Lots of wines. Password for WIFI extremely long. Bed and pillows need replenishment as does the coach. Very load outside noise especially on a Saturday night.

Fantastic location

Pros: The apartment was in a fantastic location in the old town and close to everything. The beds were very comfy, including the sofa bed which had a thick mattress. The kitchenette was well equipped. The shower had plenty of hot water for everyone.

Cons: It was on the 4th floor, so be prepared for plenty of stairs!

Pros: Spacious and clean. It was the perfect home base in the middle of all the action of Old Town. Only a short walk from the tram line. The washing machine was very handy in the middle of our trip. Xaviour was there in time to meet and very helpful. Had a great stay

Nice place in nice location

Pros: the location was really good, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Cons: One of the rooms was very noisy, and some non-party people who want to sleep may struggle with this.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment in excellent location.

Pros: Very central location in Nice Old Town. Although it is a very busy area, the apartment was quiet. Good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Air con in living area very effective. Check in process very easy.

Cons: 4 flights of stairs with no lift - although this is explained in the description. No air con in bedrooms - although living area air con did cool the apartment if the doors were open. Toilet a bit cramped.

We went to multiple cities in Europe and so far Nice has been our Favourite and best location

Pros: We had the best stay of our trip at this beautiful apartment in Nice! Located on the 5th floor, there are a few stairs to climb, but we honestly didn’t mind it was absolutely worth it for the fantastic location and peaceful atmosphere. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet the apartment itself is quiet and calm, making it perfect for relaxing after a day out. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the train station, which made getting around super convenient.

Cons: Lounge area was slightly small but we didn’t mind because we weren’t home much.

Value for money

Pros: Location is very good. The apartment is very spacious.

Cons: A minor inconvenience was that the apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator, but that is expected with most buildings in the old town.
