Excellent location, nice period flat

Pros: Excellent location a very short walk from the tram stop (Durandy). Easy access to the old town and waterfront. Quiet central area with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Nice period flat, good storage in the bedroom. Coffee & tea provided - this was appreciated!

Cons: The flat is a little dark. Parts could do with a refresh. There is a booklet (in English only) explaining what you need to know about the flat, but the English is not great.

Pros: Very nice, well equipped apartment in the heart of Nice. In walking distance to all main attractions & shops in Nice. Easy check-in/out. Recommend 100%.

Cons: Small elevator which could be problematic when you're travelling with kids and stroller.

I would not choose the same house again

Pros: The location is nice. The host is understanding and good.

Cons: The apartment is very old. When you walk upstairs it seems like there is someone inside the house. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Kitchen equipment is not useful. They should pay attention to cleanliness. There are many mosquitoes and there is no protection on the windows

Nice place

Pros: Excellent location, great hosts and very good facilities in the apartment. We had a great experience. Promenade is walking distance and there are many, many restaurants in the walk. Nice Ville train station is a 7-8 minutes walk, no problem walking from there with luggage. Train can be taken to Monaco and the other train station (don't recollect the name) for boating tours (2nd or 3rd station from Nice Ville). Apartment is super clean and bedrooms and kitchen have everything that you need.

Cons: Not rating a 10 because the bathroom was a bit cramped, compared to 2 other stays that we had in this vacation.

Pros: Nice apartment and neighborhood. Close to public transportation and in walking distance to the old town. The apartment was suitable for us, traveling with a 1-year old. Friendly and helpful host.

Pros: Kändes som ett hem, väldigt trevligt boende. Bra förvaringsyta för packningen. Toppen med tvättmaskin.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip in die Stadt.

Pros: Schöne Wohnung mit Altbau-Charme. Dass so eine Wohnung aufgrund der Holzböden eher hellhörig ist, war uns vorher bewusst. Altstadt fussläufig erreichbar. Nette Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt um die Ecke.

Cons: Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein.

Très bon séjour !

Pros: Très beau logement. Parquets anciens et portes d'époque. On s'y sent bien. Joli petit balcon. Wifi et Netflix pour les enfants. Bien placé dans la ville pour les visites.

Cons: Pas assez de luminosité dans la chambre pour bouquiner ! Micro onde inaccessible.
