Pros: Great location, easy to access, close to bars and restaurants, had everything we needed. Good value for money.

Beautiful location, modern apartment with some quirks

Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family. The beds were basic but comfortable, including the couch bed. The room was modern and had all amenities needed. Wifi was fast. Location was excellent for sightseeing, and felt safe and secure.

Cons: A few lights were nonfunctional or flashing in the unit, also the toggle light up the initial segment of the stairway was completely nonfunctional so you had to walk the first set of steps up in the complete darkness once the door closed. Contacted owner for help with arrival instructions via email and message but was referred back to Booking site, impossible to access without wifi, instead of assisted. Floor mat was sopping wet and had a slight smell throughout the bathroom, likely due to not drying completely between clients.

Cozy loft old Nice

Pros: Leuken net appartement, vlak bij de zee en diverse bezienswaardigheden.

Cons: De slaapbank is niet erg comfortabel voor 2 volwassenen. Als die uitgeklapt is neemt die in de leefruimte erg veel plaats in beslag. De luiken durfden we niet goed open te maken. Die vallen bijna uit elkaar. Daardoor was het wat donker in het appartement.

Pros: Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt und sehr nahe am Strand. Das Check-In war sehr unkompliziert.

Great location

Pros: The location was amazing and we are happy that we picked this for one night since our time in Nice was short. It is five minutes to the beach and a 7-minute walk to Place Messena. It is between an Indian and Lebanese restaurant. We cooked dinner and breakfast in the kitchen.

Cons: The room smelled strange when we arrived. Although this isn’t the host’s fault, the staircase is narrow and hard to go up and down in. The host provided us with instructions prior to our arrival but also detailed rules including penalties. It felt like staying at a bossy relative’s home. Checkout was stressful because there was a list of chores we were required to complete or else we faced the consequences of being fined. I paid 260 usd for one night and didn’t feel respected as a guest.
