Nice Centre Flat - Modern

Pros: It was stunning, in a great location, had everything you needed including a washing machine and wine.

Pros: The apartment was in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere. The instructions to collect the keys were easy to follow, however the wrong keys had unfortunately been left in the lock box. The host was quick to respond to our difficulties in accessing the property and had the right keys brought to us within a few minutes.

Cons: The property was very small for a family of four. We had no issues with our children using the fold out couch, however there was no space to store our luggage. The space would be perfect for a couple.

No complaints. Everything was perfect!

Pros: Beautiful building. Easy location. Clear instructions. Very modern and comfortable place for one person.

Cons: At first, the key got stuck in the door, but then it worked the second time.

Pros: Very good location. Excellent internet. First floor, with a lift. Hairdryer and iron and small ironing board provided.

Cons: Fold out double bed, apartment not big enough for a permanent double bed.

It was a good place for a short stay, and ideally located in the town.

Pros: The location was excellent - simple and easy to walk to the old town and beach areas. The property was clean and tidy, and had everything necessary for a vacation, though I did not use the cooking facilities as there were plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Everything worked as it should.

Cons: Not easy to find the lock box for the keys. A small (A4) map showing how to get there from the apartment would have very useful. Fortunately, a local person helped me, even though it was very late in the evening. The sofa bed was not easy to operate - very heavy to change it from bed to sofa. There was not enough room to use the large high chairs as the sofa was very close to the bar above the table. The television had only 4 channels, but one would probably not be spending much time in the room anyway.

Super stay, great host and will definitely return when next in Nice

Pros: Great location near to Durandy tram station. Flat was really clean and modern with all facilties available.

Cons: The pull down sofa bed was fine for a single traveller but a couple might find it cramped, particularly the person on the window side.

Cons: There's only one mirror in the apartment, it's in the bathroom. This made it a little annoying getting ready. No full length mirror either

Pros: It had everything I needed as a solo traveller. The flag was nicely finished, had modern appliances, it was clean and comfortable. The shops were a few minutes away and access to the tram was only minutes away also.

Pros: Small nice and comfy apartment!Everything you need to stay with your family.I will high recomand it! If I go again I will choose same place.Small attention but so touchable.Quite, and close to tram,train,centre,restaurants, main street and of course the beautiful Promenade!

Pros: It was perfect. The host answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. The location close to Massena square was superb and close to the tram system in Nice.
