Pros: The location is excellent. The apartment is in the center and is close to the sea and the train station. 200m. away there is a tram stop for the airport. The apartment is small, but clean and is perfect for a few nights. The beds are comfortable. There is everything you need for a stay.
Cons: The common areas of the building and the yard are not particularly welcoming and clean.

Affordable and close to main interest points in Nice
Pros: The location is close (15-20 min walk) to Coline du Chateau, Old Nice and Promenade des Anglais. Our host, Cecilia was very helpful and attentive, provided us with clear information and helped us get the keys (our arrival flight was delayed).

Pros: The appartment owner is amazing, she helped me with all the questions I had. The appartment was clean. It has a lot of light, space, you can cook the meals here and it was comfortable to stay. The supermarket is very close - so you can buy everything you need. The location is great. It's close to the Metro line and 15-20 min walk to the Promenade des Anglais. And in the evening it is quiet and nice. Next time I hope to come back again!
Cons: For us there were no minuses.

Great apartment to stay in Nice!
Pros: We had a lovely stay throughout our vacation. The apartment is located in a very good and accessible area where we can find the L2 tram stop (straight from the airport) by the corner. The apartment is really safe, so we never worried about leaving our belongings. The check-in and check-out process was really smooth and the owner was always reachable. The apartment is also completed by multiple amenities and was overall clean and comfortable, clean bedsheets and bed covers were also provided. AC and Wi-Fi worked really well. For our apartment, there was one actual bed and the other two were sofa beds.
Cons: The bed, sofas, and blankets did show signs of use and was a little dusty, but for an apartment it was not bad at all. The stay remained comfortable.

Perfect for the price
Pros: The loction was perfect and the apartment was exactly like the images. Dealing with Cecila was very easy too !
Cons: The 5pm check-in was quite inconvinient and way too late. The kitchen could have been stocked better with the basics, such as sponges, washing machine tablets, oil, salt and pepper.

Pros: Amazing apartment, we stayed with our little ones, so the stairs was a bit of a challenge, but apart from that, it was great.
Cons: Coffee sachets/pods could be offered on arrival as an additional option of the available tea.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, blisko sklepy spożywcze, gdzie można rano kupić świeże pieczywo.
Cons: hałas niosący sie po całym budynku, trzaskające drzwi ,które w nocy przy częstym wchodzeniu i wychodzeniu innych lokatorów było uciążliwe ( w całym budynku jest 10 mieszkań które są na tym samym poziomie czyli 1 piętro ), lepszy sposób przekazania kluczy ( proponuje skrzynkę na kod )
