Great studio apartment for a stay in Nice

Pros: The situation was great - near shops on Avenue Jean Médecin, the old town and the beach. Very near Durandy tram stop. Boulevard Dubouchage is a very pleasant street. The studio apartment was roomy and modern. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: We thought it was strange that there were only 3 teaspoons, and no hairdryer ( although we didn't miss the latter, as we normally let our hair dry naturally). My husband (who is French, and so knows what he's doing) got locked in the place where the dustbins are, when he was taking some rubbish to the bins. The key to the flat didn't work for the bin store. Fortunately he had his mobile on him and was able to ring me.

Absolutely amazing

Pros: The appointment is very nice, clean, cozy, has all necessary facilities. Gill is charming. She was so kind to arrange early arrival and explained how to use the kitchen devices. There is an air conditioner at the apartment, which is so comfortable. The location is grate, 15 minutes walk to the beach, to the museum of Marc Chagall.

Cons: Everything is good. I would prefer larger bed, but it is fine.

Pros: Очень гостеприимная хозяйка, Gill. В качестве презента нам подарили бутылку французского вина. Это было очень приятно и вкусно. В холодильнике уже была холодная вода. Все чисто, аккуратно, кондиционер работает. Очень удобное расположение, все рядом, вернусь еще обязательно. Рекомендую!!

Pros: gut ausgestattes Appartment. Beschreibung und Fotos sind zutreffend. Es gibt nun ein neues Schlafsofa, was einwandfrei ist (in vorherigen Bewertungen gab es Beschwerden). Anreise mit der Metro vom Flughafen ist völlig problemlos, die Haltestelle ist in der Nähe. Fußweg zum Strand oder zur Altstadt ca. 15-20 Minuten, was für uns kein Problem war. Es gibt Supermärkte und auch einige Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons: Die Fenster sind leider schlecht isoliert, so dass man Straßengeräusche gut hört.

Pros: Es lag etwas außerhalb aber wir waren gut zu fuß. es war sehr sauber und modern es gab eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und eine Klimaanlage

Cons: Na leider gabs auch etwas nicht so angenehmes. Da war nur so ein aufgefaltetes Sofa darauf mit schnüren befestigtes Ladenrost und ne fertige Matratze es war kein guter schlaf möglich. man hörte die Aufzugs Türe schlagen und bekamen alles mit was über uns geschah.

Pros: Einzigartig schöne Lage, sehr komfortabel, wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank 🥰
