Pros: location was perfect, 7 min walk to beach, great places to eat and drink on the doorstep and a perfect boulangerie just across the square for breakfast

Pros: We loved how fresh, open and airy the place felt. It was very clean with good natural lighting everywhere and great street views. The kitchen was unreal and had everything we needed and we ended up making our dinners every night. The bathroom was also great with a good size shower.

Cons: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but still fine to sleep on.

Amazing Apartment

Pros: I loved how tidy and well located the apartment was, the hostess was the sweeties, she did her best so we had the best visit to Nice, sending us messages to ask if everything was alright, or to give us recommendations!

Perfect for small friendgroups and couples

Pros: It was modern and clean and the location was in middle of the pretty old town!

Pros: I colori della casa e la disposizione dello spazio erano molto confortevoli. Il bagno era ben organizzato, così come la cucina. Non mancava nulla. Per non parlare poi della posizione, eccezionale. A due passi da un un parco grande e nel centro storico. Tutto stupendo. La fermata del tram era a 200 m dalla casa.

Pros: Le studio est idéalement situé dans le centre historique, avec des petits commerces aux alentours. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'hôte est très sympathique. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Pros: Appartement très fonctionnel et idéalement situé. Les explications du propriétaire sont très claires. À seulement quelques minutes de nombreux parking, dans un quartier vivant, coloré. L’appartement était impeccable, joliment décoré et parfait pour notre famille. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Vierde keer in iets meer dan één jaar paar dagen Nice. Deze accomodatie qua ligging staat bovenaan.

Cons: We were a group of 4 and the place is quite small for multiple people. Plus, that bed upstairs has no space and you have to crawl out of it. Dangerous for kids seems to me
