Great stay in the heart of Nice

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the center and the place is spacious for family. You can feel the vibe of Nice, which is quite cool

Cons: Bed is quite run down and too soft. The kitchenwares are quite in bad shape and need to be replaced but if you don’t plan to cook, it’s manageable with microwave.

Excellent choice!

The flat is ideal for a short stay in Nice.

Pros: The location was great to explore the old town and all of Nice. You are right at the heart and we loved that. It's not far to the beach either (10min walk). The living room has big windows and is a pleasant room, with nice views.

Cons: Bedroom really has no windows and is a bit shabby. In the heat and with only a small fan it was not very pleasant for sleeping. Check in was not as easy, too many instructions. You have to get a code to open the main door which needs internet connection and to be logged into your account. Luckily another resident opened the door for us. Also the host company sent us a lot of e-mails which was unnecessary. The mini bar was a total joke, with cheap items and no price information.

The perfect property for a trip to Nice - great value and in a fantastic location!

Pros: Pretty little flat in the most perfect location right in the centre of Old Nice and close to the tram stop from the airport. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, the best water pressure I’ve ever had in a shower and nice touches like a nespresso machine.

Cons: The stairs up to the apartment are steep and there are quite a few so we were ok, but people with mobility issues or large suitcases might struggle.

Pros: Very good location where you could explore old town and the beach within walking distance. Super nice, fast responding and helpful customer service. Cozy apartment and you can find almost everything you need. High recommended.

Perfect place to stay

Pros: Perfect location - just walk out the door and go exploring. Facilities were great - kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, spacious / all great

Cons: Lots of stairs - but wasn’t an issue

A great flat

Pros: T location was excellent. The flat was quiet. The bed ok, sofa bed was sofa bed😏 there was good cooking facilities.

Cons: sofa bed could have had 2 seperate plankets. Some kitchen tools were missing

Close to establishments but quiet street.

Pros: It was nearby to groceries and establishments. The information provided by the owner of how to collect the key was helpful and easy to understand. The owner was very helpful at communicating with our French speaking taxi driver. The living room was spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and washing machine.

Cons: No lift. Not so easy to find the hotel. We had to throw the trash away, but it was close to the hotel. Bedroom was small and the bed was low. Shower was smaller than usual and no shower gel was provided as other hotels do. There was a sound of water dripping non stop coming from the bathroom.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons: Jedyny mały minus to widok z okna.

Egy barátságos, kellemes szálláshely egy remek helyen az óvárosban, korrekt szállásadóval.

Pros: Könnyen megközelíthető helyen a Belvárosban, jó az apartman elosztása, akár 4 ember is kényelmesen elfér. Volt hatékony fűtési lehetőség, így hűvösebb éjszakán is be tudtunk fűteni. Tágas nappali, amerikai jellegű konyha. Az óváros sikátoraiba nem sok természetes fény jut be, de ezt megfelelően ellensúlyozta sok választható mesterséges világítás. Amit még kiemelnék, az a szállásadó kommunikációja, nagyon részletes információs oldalt küldött az utazásunk előtt.

Cons: Az étkészlet, a poharak és evőeszközök nem voltak elmosva, jó lenne, ha ezek tisztán várnák a vendégeket.
