A wonderful stay in the heart of Nice

Pros: A beautifully presented apartment in a great part of town. Our host was extremely communicative and the check in was seamless. The utilities were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air con is a fantastic addition and made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely visit again

Cons: There was very little I didn't like. Maybe a few more rubbish bins in the rooms and some more dish towels available would have been helpful, but these are all nitpicks as the property is fantastic

Everything you would want in an apartment

Pros: Love the location and the place itself was amazing. Beautiful rooms for a big group. 2 toilets and 2 showers was a good amount for 8 people. Kitchen is very spacious and we had constant communication with the owner

Cons: We had no problem because we had small bags but be aware there are many narrow stairs to go to the top

Very authentic place to explore the city and surrounding with family and friends

Pros: Very pleasant flat in an iconic Nice building. Perfectly furnished for all our needs. Highly recommend it.

A Little Gem!

Pros: Location was great, it's close to public transport but also walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Cons: Main bench in dining/living area not overly comfortable, use plenty of cushions!

Très bon séjour dans ce joli appartement idéalement situé

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Nice à pied car très proche du centre et à quelques pas du tramway. La décoration est très soignée. Les échanges et les instructions pour l’accès à l’appartement étaient très clairs.

Cons: Il y a beaucoup d’escaliers mais nous étions prévenus. Nous aurions apprécié d’avoir un peu plus de vaisselle, notamment des tasses, un peu juste pour un groupe de 8.

Pros: Mooi appartement in het midden van het oude centrum van Nice. Straatje uitlopen en je stond in de gezellige straatjes met restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Aan de andere kant loop je zo een plein op met diversen restaurants en tramhalte, bushalte en een mooi park. Appartement is heel rustig, heerlijke bedden, mooi ingericht en lekker ruim voor een grotere groep.

Cons: Voordat je er bent moet je een aantal trappen op, dus wanneer je wat moeilijk te been bent of snel kortademig bent is dit niet heel handig.

Un joli appartement qui contraste avec la vétusté de l’immeuble.

Pros: L’appartement est décoré avec soin et avec de jolis matériaux. Nous avons apprécié les couleurs, les matières, les objets,... Les couchages sont de qualité. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées et l’appartement est très bien équipé.

Cons: En revanche, l’appartement est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur d’un immeuble ancien aux marches étroites et irrégulières. Comme nous avons eu besoin de faire de nombreux aller-retour entre la ville et l’appartement, cette situation ne nous a pas arrangés.
