Pretty amazing

Pros: Everything was great and it was a perfect location. We were told though that the linen would be changed as we were there for 6 nights but that did not happen . Aside from this everything was great

Excellent apartment with views of sea and gardens

Pros: The location is excellent. Angelo, the manager met us at the property to hand over the keys and show us around the property and facilities. Angelo was on hand to fix any problems, eg, light bulb not working.

Cons: The walls of the apartment block are thin and, therefore, noise carries from apartment to apartment.

Fantastic location

Pros: Really great location, close to everything, the beach, supermarket and a fantastic bakery.

Cons: I think the furniture on the balcony is poor. It would be nice with some more relaxing furniture, like a couch and some sun beds.

A very enjoyable stay in a fine flat in a very good location.

Pros: The location in a block just back from the Promenade des Anglais is excellent. There are also food shops very nearby. The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped and the terrace is a delight for eating and drinking, though there are no reclining chairs. Angelo is an efficient and helpful property manager.

Cons: There was some noise from work being done nearby. Water was turned off during our first day on account of replacement of pipes being installed for the whole building. No problems after that.

Gerne komme ich wieder. Vielleicht ist es das nächste Mal dann nicht ganz so heiß. Insofern war die gut funktionierende

Pros: Die Lage ist einzigartig. Jeden Morgen bin ich erst mal direkt vom Bett ins Meer gesprungen, bevor ich leckere Croissants zum Frühstück geholt habe.

Cons: Ein „Nichtgefallen“ gibt es nicht. An Küchenausstattung habe ich lediglich einen Schneebesen schmerzlich vermisst 😀

Pros: Everything we needed was there. The location is superb.

Cons: We didn't like the painting in the bedroom of sailing boats. Had to take it off the wall during our stay!

Gemütl Apartment in zentraler Lage in Nizza mit Gefühl von Zuhause

Pros: Ich hatte einen späten Flug, mein Freund ist früher angekommen und hat den Vermieter getroffen. Hat gut geklappt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir die Koffer noch bis nachmittags im Apartment lassen. Das Apartment ist liebevoll & gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche groß & gut ausgestattet. Auch der Balkon ist groß, wir haben in der Sonne da gefrühstückt & (eingeschränktem) Meerblick. Den Verkehrslärm von der Promenafe hört man dafür kaum. Vor dem Häuserkomplex (Apartment ist in Block 2, hinter Block 1) ist eine Bushaltestelle, zur Straßenbahn geht man ca 7 min. Carrefour ist um die Ecke, Bioladen 2min weiter.

Cons: Wir hatten Bettdecken ohne Bezug und gemeinsam nur eine große dünne Decke. Wir haben erst am Abreisetag erfahren, dass die Bettdecken ohne Bezug zu nutzen sind. Diesbezüglich haben wir eine Rückmeldung durch den Vermieter vermisst.
