City center cute flat with sea view one bedroom

A place you can call home.

Pros: My husband and myself loved the property mostly for its homely feeling.Everything was provided for. Very clean and spacious. Lovely area and soundproof windows, it’s a quiet street so we slept well. Air conditioning if needed and it operated quietly. The balcony was large and had a side view of the ocean which was only a 2 minutes walk. We swam a few times a day. A large Carfour supermarket right across the road was fantastic, fresh milk , meat and bread open 8am to 20 hrs. The tram station is a five min walk, Centre University is the nearest. We are hoping to return for a longer stay pg. I honestly can recommend this apartment. The host is quick to answer any questions, and is reliable. There are some lovely restaurants around the area especially to the left of the ocean front.

Cons: Nothing. We would love to live there ,,,

Great apartment close to city centre

Pros: Great location - close to city centre but in a quite residential area. The apartment has everything you might need - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, iron. The bed was very comfortable. The host is very friendly. Overall great stay, would gladly stay again.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Appartamento comodo a due passi dal mare

Pros: Le proprietarie dell'appartamento gentilissime ed efficenti, sempre disponibili ad aiutare. L'appartamento comodo e semplice, ideale per una famiglia con 2 bambini, attrezzato con tutto quanto serve per qualche giorno di vacanza spensierata. La posizione fantastica. a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e in un quartiere molto servito (un supermercato proprio di fronte alla strada)

Ideal und ruhig gelegen, mit allem in der Nähe – perfekt zu zweit oder für einen Familienaufenthalt

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Lage war ideal – alles war zu Fuß erreichbar: nur 2 Minuten zum Strand, 15–20 Minuten zur Altstadt. Direkt gegenüber befand sich Supermarkt Carrefour, und in etwa 200 Metern Entfernung eine der besten Bäckereien in Nizza. Auch der Flughafen war in nur 25 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte und hervorragend isoliert – nachts war vom Straßenverkehr nichts zu hören. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der große Balkon mit Meerblick – einfach traumhaft! Diana ist die beste Gastgeberin aller Zeiten, immer erreichbar und super hilfreich – ganz herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Pros: Läget var perfekt, vid stranden, kontakten med värden var smidig, ta emot nycklar och lämna lika smidigt. Lägenheten var mycket bra utrustad med allt man behövde och stort balkong.

Eine schöne, bequeme kleine Wohnung mit super view in der besten Lage.

Pros: Die Lage, comfort, Sauberkeit, View, sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Sehr bequemes Bett und sehr bequeme Schlafsofa. Man erreicht alles in weniger Minuten.

Cons: Alles war perfekt. Es fehlte an nichts.

친절한 호스트와 편안한 숙박

Pros: 1. 위치가 좋아요. 공항으로 가는 시내버스정류장과 가깝고, 공항까지도 편리하게 이동가능합니다. 물론 버스타고 시내 중심가 접근도 좋아요. 그리고 길만 건너면 바닷가라서 매일매일 오후에 아이데리고 해수욕했어요. 너무 좋았어요. 아파트 건너편에 까르푸가 있어서 과일이나 물 등 사러가기에 좋았어요. 맛있는 동네 빵집도 근처에 있어서 아침에 크로와상이나 바게뜨 사기도 좋았어요. 2. 친절한 호스트 디아나와 왓츠앱으로 궁금한 것들을 물어보면 빠르고 친절히 가르쳐줘서 숙박하는 동안에 든든했어요. 체크인 때 긴 비행시간으로 늦게 도착했는데도 기다려주었는데 정말 감사했어요. 3. 편리한 시설 세탁기, 식기세척기, 오븐, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 커피머신 등 다 잘 갖추어져있어서 편리했어요. 더운 여름이라 세탁기 이용 잘 했어요. 에어컨이 거실에 하나, 방에 하나 있어서 더운 여름에 시원히 잘 지냈어요. 욕실 배수도 잘 되었구요. 작고 오래된 엘리베이터가 있어서 정말 다행이었어요. 다른 아파트 후기에 좁은 계단만 있었다는 후기 있는데 엘리베이터 덕분에 캐리어 운반에 넘 좋았어요. 테라스에서 바다도 보였어요. 더워서 테라스에는 잘 안나갔는데 테라스에 빨래널면 엄청 잘 마릅니다.

Cons: 세면대와 욕실에 손님용 샴푸와 바디샴푸 제품이 비치되었으면 합니다.

Pros: Výborná lokalita. Krásny, priestranný, čistý a skvele vybavený apartmán. Nič nám nechýbalo. Určite odporúčam.

Pros: 위치가 환상적임. 해변은 1분거리에 있고, 버스정류장도 아주 가까움. 베란다에서 바다가 보임. 거실, 베드룸 공간도 아주 크고, 주방, 욕실등 모두 크고 깨끗함. 무엇보다 호스트와 커뮤니케이션이 잘되고, 아주 친절함.
