Magnifique Duplex Type Loft

Over all we are content with our stay. The price/quality ratio and the location was very good.

Pros: Good location. Nice host. Easy access by public transport. In the centre of Nice, almost everything accessible on foot. The couch is comfortable for two people. We slept very well. The apartment seems very spacious even though it’s quite small because of the high ceiling in the living room area.

Cons: Toilet seat and cover was missing. The door on the bathroom is a sliding door so people outside the bathroom can hear everything. And there is no ventilation or window in the bathroom.

Excellent location - I would stay again.

Pros: Lovely apartment with most things you could need. Spacious. Powerful shower. Clean. It is in a gated area which helps feeling secure. The best thing is the location. 1-2 minute walk from Durandy tram stop (blue route 2) which you can get direct from the airport. 6-7 minutes easy walk from Cathedral Vielle Ville tram stop (red route 1) and the old town. Also very close to the main shops. Situated next to a food shop on one side and another a few doors down on the other side. Across the road is a recycling bank where you can dispose of recycling materials.

Cons: The shower door needs fixing, currently 2 of 3 panels in place, however it does not soak the floor. The sofa, and more so the left side when you are looking at it, is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on, I had to sit on a spare folded duvet to make it bearable. The kitchen light was not working.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and couldn’t recomend it more!

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed and was in a perfect location! Self-check in was super easy and the area felt really safe and secure.

Lovely stay with a baby

Pros: The place is very clean and nice with great location and easy access for baby strollers. We've been provided travel cot and baby chair. The apartment is well equipped but a little tiny for tall people, but I still highly recommend it! Hosts are helpful, and communication was excellent. Thank you once again for the lovely stay 😊

Great location, peaceful and quiet! (May be uncomfortable for tall people)

Pros: The location is great (two groceries nearby!) and it’s perfect for a few people. The upstairs loft is nice with desk and dresser to be able to unpack a little bit. Communications were detailed and smooth!

Cons: Was uncomfortable for tall people. The shower is very short, although clean and good pressure. One of us is 181cm and couldn’t fit in the shower without crouching (head at the ceiling). We were also lacking mugs for teas/coffee, which is pretty basic item. There is a TV, but not instructions. Which was ok, as we spent our nights out anyways, except for a rainy night and we wanted to stay in and watch a movie.

Pros: Great location, safe and clean. I really appreciated the videos showing how to access the apartment.I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Pros: L’emplacement est parfait proche de tout, très facile pour se déplacer. Des supérettes juste à côté un réel atout quand on arrive de l’aéroport pas besoin de chercher. Résidence calme

Pros: Séjour absolument parfait ! L’appartement est tout simplement magnifique : très propre, soigné, décoré avec goût et hyper agréable à vivre. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil : une personne adorable, bienveillante et très professionnelle. Le feeling est passé immédiatement, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Une expérience au-delà de nos attentes, je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai sans hésiter !
