Central Beautifull Delille Flat

We felt relaxed and happy in the property.

Pros: The property is modern and sleek, very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent.

Cons: Nothing.

We had a great time staying in the apartment and it was so easy to walk to the sea and shops etc

Pros: The apartment is quite small but it is well equipped and the location is so fantastic.

Cons: There isn’t much storage space for food in the kitchen.

Pros: Near from old town, 15 min from beach on foot. No parking but there was public parking near to the place.

Pros: The apartment was new and really nice! A bit small but enough for me and my 2 children. I have a back problem and need soft supporting bed. I always worry how is the bed, but this bed was 10/10!! Really really good!! I also got really fast responses if I needed help with some things. This was really nice experience.

Pros: Apartment is small but comfortable, everything, what you need. Good location- close to center, tram station.

Cons: Air conditioner doesn't work properly, so it was hot at night. Weather outside was good, but there was no mosquito net on the window, so we had al lot of mosquitos inside. And they bite

Pros: The location is good, you are 10 mins away by walking to the beach and all restaurants. The flat is quite big and we had more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. aircon in each bedroom.

Cons: 2nd floor with usual steep stairs is not easy when you have a baby stroller but that's not a minus in general both beds need repairs as some lamels are missing and sheets had some stains

Good place to stay in Nice, around a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. I recommend :)

Pros: Perfect location. Owner very nice. In the bathroom hairdryer and straightener:) . In the kitchen we had a gift : wine 🍷, some biscuits and fruits😀👍, thank you 😊

Pros: Rendkívül tiszta, hangulatos garzon. Nagyon jól felszerelt, és kényelmes szállás.

Cons: Építkezés volt a szomszédba, mely zajjal járt.

Struttura completa ricca di ogni servizio ed elettrodomestico, posizione fantastica!

Pros: Posizione molto comoda, vicino al centro storico ma anche a 15 minuti dalla spiaggia. Quartiere tranquillo e molto vicino al parcheggio interrato.

Cons: Migliorerei se fosse possibile il letto, lo abbiamo trovato un pochino \

Piccolino ma carino

Pros: Piccolissimo appartamento moderno e ben arredato. Comodo sia al centro che alla spiaggia. Parcheggio coperto a pagamento ( 25 euro al giorno) a 100 mt. Perfetto per due.. In tre c'è poco spazio, con l'apertura del divano letto. Prese di corrente USB! Specchio in bagno hi-tech con cambio di luci.

Cons: Assenza di bidet, assenza di uno specchio intero, no canali italiani in tv, assenza di un terrazzino.
