MY CASA - JOFFRE 49-D - Charming 2 bedroom - Carré d'Or

Pros: I really liked the smooth check in and key collection. The central location is also very much appreciated, as the apartment is a short walk away from the sea shore, as well as to interesting restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is also well-stacked with good equipment, so there is no problem to cook. It definitely felt like home, and was an ideal temporary home for the two weeks we were there.

Cons: Three things worth pointing out: a) the lights should be replaced in the living room, as some were out or almost out, and therefore the light was not bright enough; b) some deep cleaning would be nice, e.g. we needed to clean the underside of the shower drain ourselves as the accumulated dirt caused the water to not properly drain; and c) the bed should be repaired, since every little movement creates a loud noise which wakes us up, so we didn't have a great uninterrupted sleep during our stay.

Good stay for a couple days

Pros: Location is perfect, spacious apartment, you got everything you need (there was even beach mat available to take along)

Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise and there were dirt stains on some bedding.

Pros: Very nicely furnished apartment. Very clean. Walking distance from the beach and the centre.

Great apartment, we had a lovely stay!

Pros: The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: The sofa is a beat squeaky but not a major issue.

Pros: The location of the apartment. Very close to the city center, shopping areas, cafés and places to eat. Also only two blocks away from the beach. The fact that it had two separate spaces (makes life easier when travelling with a baby). The kitchen had everything you needed, so great if you're planning on cooking.

Cons: The bathroom smelled of humidity / mold. The bed could have been more comfy.

Pros: The personnel was very friendly, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well placed near the center of Nice.

Cons: The apartment is very good and appropriate for two people. If there are more, it is a little too tight. Only two regular pillows are provided, additional persons sleeping in the living room must do with only small ones.

Excellent location, nice view of local buildings/ architecture, close to beach & all amenities.

Pros: Access to local amenities & the range of options; supermarket, convenience store, juice bar, takeaway food, restaurants , beach, bus, tram, train ALL within reasonable walking distance.

Cons: Kitchen was small, very little work space, but we didn’t cook so it wasn’t a problem.

Pros: good location, east to get the key form management office, staff are good and provide plenty of local information

Très agréable séjour

Pros: Au calme sur un jardin arboré, appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Très bien équipé et très propre. A 15 mn de la gare à pied, 15 mn du centre et 10 mn de la mer.

Sehr schöne Herstferien als Familie in Nizza. Perfekte Homebase für Ausflüge.

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Alles da, was man braucht.

Cons: Der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft nicht gut geputzt. Hat stark nach Fisch gerochen. Unsere erste Handlung nach der Ankunft war „Kühlschrank desinfizieren“
