Villa Tobias

Pros: Well located between the marina/promenade and the train station. VERY FRIENDLY HOST. We'll appointed kitchen. Many channels (Eglish and others) on the tv. Elevator.

Cons: Liked everything.

Great accommodation

Pros: Location; walkable distance to the port and train station of nice-riquier. Garage parking; very important in Nice. Amenities; kitchen, wifi, air conditioning, washing machine. I’d say we had a pleasant stay in this accommodation. We were welcomed by a kind sir, allowed us to have an early check-in 2 hours prior. He did a good job explaining what is in the apartment. For check-out came a lady who also kindly gave us time to pack up.

Good location for stay

Pros: The property was located an easy 20minute walk to the old part of Nice and then towards the beach. Included parking which was easy enough to access was a great bonus- it is secure access and located on the entry level so is a standard carpark despite most of the building having to use a car elevator which looked very difficult. Short walk to a small supermarket. Very quiet for sleeping. The wall bed is easy to use and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Good kitchen facilities available. Despite the downsides listed below we would definitely recommend the stay as once we addressed the vacuuming the location and facilities were well worth the stay.

Cons: There were a few scattered ants in the kitchen and bathroom especially- this wasn’t a big infestation but always a few around. We found the cleanliness to be a little lacking- there was a washing powder like substance on the tiles in the entry hall and bathroom and were some hairs and breadcrumbs around as well. This lead us to vacuuming the floor (vacuum was available) and then this was addressed. The non self check in is a little annoying- we organised our arrival time and were coming with a car so expected them to be waiting downstairs in the building for us to immediately let us into the carpark because other than pulling in front of the garage there is nowhere else to stop, but the host was upstairs in the apartment and then we had to call for him to come down.

Comfortable, clean, convenient.

Pros: Neat, clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts were very polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was good, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and amenities.

Best location in Nice!

Pros: Location was perfect as was our welcome from Annick. Everything was well explained and very happy to have chosen Villa Tobias for our stay in Nice. Our farewell from Annick just made our stay a little more personall and provided a special memory.😊

Very comfortable accommodation with helpful host and great location

Pros: Excellent facilities and service. Very comfortable accommodation. Helpful host. Superb broadband. Wide variety of tv channels. Parking. Close to all attractions.

Pros: So quiet and relaxing, no noise at all so great to return to each evening after the bustling city.

Cons: Quiet, autonomy, the fact that there was coffee, washing machine, toilet paper etc etc there for us.

Ruhig ind dennoch zentral

Pros: Ruhig und zentral gelegenes Studio mit einem in Nizza ausgesprochen wertvollen Parkplatz direkt im Haus. Sehr netter Empfang und hilfreiche Betreuung!

Cons: Im Winter wäre ein Teppich sehr angenehm. Küchenausstattung könnte man noch durch einen Flaschenöffner, Karaffe und Dessertteller ergänzen.

Pratique. Central sur cette partie de la ville du côté de Port Lympia.

Pros: L’emplacement près de la rue Bonaparte et du Mont Boron et du château pour faire de belles balades architecturales, nature et gustatives !

Cons: Un peu vieillot. Les oreillers sont à revoir en terme de confort.

Zentral und ruhig

Pros: Sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage, Stellplatz in Garage, Klimaanlage

Cons: Nicht sehr geräumig, aber für eine Person in Ordnung
