We enjoyed our stay in this lovely well equipped apartment.

Pros: Condo was very modern and clean. There were all the amenities we needed. Location was great.

Cons: Traffic noise from the Promenade des Anglais was sometimes too loud at nights.

Ideaal verblijf aan Promenade des Anglais - verzorgde appartement - servicegerichte personeel!

Pros: Het appartement ligt direct aan de Promenade des Anglais en biedt uitzicht op het strand. In de directe omgeving bevinden zich gezellige beachbars op loopafstand, en binnen 20 minuten sta je in het charmante oude centrum van Nice. De communicatie vooraf verliep soepel, en tijdens ons verblijf hebben we het contact met het personeel — met name David — als bijzonder prettig ervaren. Het is een prima appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken.

Cons: Het appartement op de begane grond ligt direct naast de ingang van het appartementencomplex, wat het gebruik van de buitenruimte minder praktisch maakt. Je moet voortdurend op je spullen letten wanneer je even naar binnen gaat. De tafel en stoelen op het balkon mogen bij afwezigheid niet blijven staan, waardoor ze telkens verplaatst moeten worden. Dit vermindert het comfort en verstoort het gevoel van privacy.

Pros: Location and conditions excellent. Cleaning sponges were missing, and the fridge handle was detached from face cabinet (so could only be opened from bottom edge), but these were minor issues.

Cons: Since the property faces the promenade des Anglais (a plus for its great view), it also comes with traffic noise. We overcame this with a white noise app on the phone while sleeping.
