Kind and helpful owner, wonderful stay in Nice for a week at this place!

Pros: The apartment is well located, it has everything that a family might need, the host/owner is very helpful and kind.

Exceptional apartment in a great location but you need to be prepared for noisy nights.

Pros: The building and apartment were exceptional. The location is equally exceptional. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked.

Cons: The noise at night was very disturbing, difficult to have a good night sleep.

Perfect stay to go around Nice

Pros: Everything was perfect. The hosts are warm, accommodative and great. Location is just amazing, so close to the Promenade. The apartment is located in a nice building.

Cons: Nothing really was a bother for us.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful art deco mansion.

Pros: Fantastic art deco building, very secure quiet and spacious. Very comfortable bed, well equipped modern kitchen . Very close to the trams and buses and the boulevard des anglais. On rue de France which you can walk down faster than getting buses or trams. The tram from the airport virtually drops you outside.

Beautiful and Private

Pros: I love this place, there is something very special and private about it. The flat locates inside a historical building. It was cozy and spacious. They also have a small garden inside the building which I found really lovely. The host was quite helpful during my stay. Thank you for offering this place for us

Pros: The apartment was roomy, clean and in a good location. The communication was excellent. Helpful and very quick responses for information which gave us reassurance we'd be OK.

Cons: To give this really a really top score I would suggest that the towels be of better quality, they had worn very thin and one proper dinner service would be nice rather than an assortment of different mugs and dishes. Also a dust pan and brush for cleaning before we left.

Spacious & Well-Equipped Stay in Nice

Pros: We had a great stay in this spacious apartment, featuring a large bedroom, dining area, and a comfortably sized kitchen and bathroom. It was well set up with all the essentials, including a laundry machine and a large drying rack, making our stay even more convenient. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags before check-in and responding quickly when we needed assistance after accidentally getting locked inside. Clearer instructions on how to use the locks upfront would have been helpful to prevent this situation. Overall, a fantastic stay in Nice—comfortable, well-located, and well-equipped. Would recommend!

A great homebase for your Nice trip

Pros: Highly recommend this Gorgeous apartment. Perfect for our Nice-half marathon weekend. Our hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable & helped check us in, early. The apartment is in a Lovely area. So close to the beach & prom des Anglais. Gorgeous cafe Armand on the corner. The stunning stained glass was the first thing I noticed when we arrived on this leafy street & it turned out to be IN the building.

Pros: The location is perfect - close to the city center and promenade. Apartment met our expectation! Nis and Sam are super-hosts! Very flexible and easy in communication.
