Perfect Nice weekender stay

Pros: Very spacious, good position and great value for money

Pros: location was good, close to the beach. balcony, living room and kitchen were spacious and good.

Cons: Bedrooms too small. Mattress really bad in master bedroom. keys have to be picked and dropped from a different location which is a bit far from apartment. luggage storage charges high after check out. additional 1000 euros deposit asked for stay.

Despite negative points listed above we really enjoyed our stay but the extra attention to detail would lift this apartm

Pros: Proximity to tram, very spacious and bright , Kitchen equipment of a good standard everything we needed

Cons: Some lack of cleanliness when we arrived - areas not dusted or wiped clean in bathroom Plastic bin and toothbrush mugs in barrooms were dirty Kitchen sink plug hole needs bleaching to remove brown staining Cushions on sofa very old and worn and some were stained Paintwork on balcony railing very rusty

Pros: Great apartment with plenty of space and a great location near the ocean and the tram network with boulangeries, bars and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very clean with a good kitchen area, washing machine and TV.

Cons: We rented the apartment at the end of the season and it requires some maintenance as our shutters didn't work, kitchen cabinets don't close properly and the managing agent was very passive when we reported the problem with the shutters.

Pros: The rooms were lovely and modern. excellent location, v close to sea. Lovely view of sea from balcony. Close to tram stop. Supermarket, boulangerie v close too.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt und in der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war top – alles war ordentlich und gepflegt. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cons: Die Kaution in Höhe von über 1000 Euro wurde erst nach der Buchung erwähnt. Das hätte aus meiner Sicht bereits im Vorfeld deutlich kommuniziert werden müssen, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann. Eine frühzeitige Information wäre hier transparenter und kundenfreundlicher gewesen. Hinweis: Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze an der Unterkunft, was etwas unpraktisch war.

It was a great stay

Pros: The location is brilliant- the apartment is light and bright

Cons: Too many rules on check out and the duvets should have covers and towels need updating- need to provide hand towels

Pros: Ruime appartement, kompleet gemeubileerd en schoon.

Cons: Het appartement gebouw stinkt naar riool. Geen parkeerplaats en openbare parkeer garage is te ver.

Mükemmel konum, deniz manzaralı şehir merkezinde aydınlık, ferah, geniş konforlu bir daire

Pros: Konum mükemmeldi, balkon deniz manzarası, şehrin içinde merkezi ve denize çok yakın oluşu, dairenin geniş ferah ve çok aydınlık oluşu, bina mimarisi, hepsi çok güzeldi.

Cons: Havlular lekeli ve hatta bir tanesi kirliydi, bu durum canımı sıktı. Temizlik sertifikalarına sahip olduğundan kusursuz tertemiz olmalıydı. Anahtarı almak ve bırakmak için başka bir lokasyona gitmek yerine bina önünde kilitli kutularda şifre ile alınabilirdi.
