Heart of Nice-Rooftop Seaside Studio

Relaxing stay over the rooftops of Nice.

Pros: Lovely place to stay, very light, welcoming and comfortable, I would definetely stay there again. Great neighbourhood, central yet quiet. Very friendly landlady.

Pros: Beautiful, stylish apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Clean and conveniently located. A super responsive and helpful host.

Cons: The toilet being in the corridor just outside the front door is a little inconvenient. It is not a shared toilet

Extraordinary

Pros: I stayed in this flat with my 12 year old son. It has got a perfect location, only 5 minute walk away from the sea beach. Numerous restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. It is a rooftop flat with beautiful city views, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated. It has got everything you need for a short to medium term stay . The host is perfect who is extremely prompt to respond to your questions. On my request they also arranged my early check in and let me leave my luggage in the flat itself until evening on the check out day. I’ll visit you again !!

Cons: Toilet is outside in the corridor. But it didn’t bother me as you get much more for the money you pay for to stay in this place.

Pros: Absolutely loved this place! A beautifully-designed apartment in a building with elevator. It was super clean, with a very comfortable bed, and everything you need for an excellent stay in Nice!

Pros: the location is superb. the lady is super friendly. it was very cosy and well equipped . the energy is great and since it was raining I was able to just sit in b ed and read and it felt welcoming.

A clean, quiet, and cozy apartments located on a lovely street

Pros: I spent four nights here and can confidently say that the location couldn’t have been better. The apartment is super clean, Miss Isabelle really cares about comfort. She’s very responsive and even let me check in early since I had an early flight. It was very quiet, and the views from the windows are absolutely amazing. Toilet is located outside the living space, but it’s literally right across from the door.

Værten svarede hurtigt på mine spørgsmål. Vi fandt nemt stedet, skøn placering, udsigt fra 6. sal. Der var elevator. Skø

Pros: Super skøn beliggenhed, smuk udsigt, rent, hyggeligt. Eneste minus var at toilettet var på gangen udenfor “lejligheden” + kunne godt have brugt en “velkommen” seddel, hvor der stod hvor de forskellige ting var i/ved lejligheden, så man ikke selv skulle lede/spørge. (F.eks. hvor skal skraldet hen osv.)

Cons: Kun manglende wc inde i lejligheden og at badet var samme rum som man sov. Men resten af stedet gjorde at det betød pludselig ikke så meget.

En veldig god løsning for 1-2 personer til en rimelig pris - ideelt for en langhelg i Nice.
