Classy understated French style!

Pros: Spacious, stylish,well appointed apartment only a stones throw from the Promenade. Great location close to lots of good restaurants. Despite being close to lots of amenities, it is very well sound proofed and quiet. Hosts were very easy to contact and responded to questions without any delay. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Nice.

Cons: Lift was out of action, however the stairs are not steep.

The apartment was wow in size comfort and location!

Pros: The Photos of this property does not do it justice it is massive! All the facilities you need are here for a great stay. The location and views are fantastic.

Cons: The mezzanine bed in the second bedroom is too high for very small kids and not much headroom for bigger kids. Having said that there are also two double sofa beds,which the host made up for us , we used one of them and it Was fantastic for one of my 17 year olds.

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in una zona strategica per muoversi a piedi nella città. La casa è completa di ogni comfort e soprattutto molto pulita. I doppi vetri delle finestre isolano perfettamente dai rumori dell'esterno. Torneremo sicuramente.
