Pros: Hosts were super lovely - i couldnt recommend them enough - they were great, the apartment was clean and modern and offered what we were looking for on our stay. I'd highly recommend it and will happily book this again.

Cons: The apartment isn't super close to the old town of Nice, but that didn't bother us. You can walk or get a tram and ubers are easy to get - and affordable.

Pros: It was clean and had all the appliances we needed.

Cons: It is located a bit far from the center and the beach but on the other hand the uphill location offers a great view to the see.

Pros: Small and cute apartment with working AC and reasonable price, great pool and public transportarion to the city, working AC, the best host I have ever met :)

Pros: This place was ideal for me as a solo traveller interesting in cycling, The best bit for me was relaxing in the pool after a hard day's riding. I wasnt interested in the lively night culture of Nice however i did venture into the old town on a various occasions and the property is located on the green 51 bus route which takes you directly to promenade then if you catch no12 bus it takes you direct into old Nice town for a total of 3.5 euro.

Cons: The property is definitely for solo traveller it would be a bit crowded for a couple. Apart from that, there is no real dislike.

Pros: Very beautiful area on the hill with a great view from the balcony.

We loved that it has amazing view from balcony on Alps. Perfect choice for a countryside getaway. Lovely, quiet area. I highly recommend !

Pros: The apartment was fully equipped with everything anyone can wish for a comfortable and feels-like-home stay. Kitchen utensils kit included scissors, for instance, which is rare. The owner Qualid went out of his way to help us with everything we might need although we checked in on Christmas eve. The wifi was exceptionally good, the view from the balcony - breathtaking, the sofa was comfy to sleep on, the heating was in tact. The apartment is very small but for a us, two adults it wasn’t a problem. The cleanliness, attention to detail and awsome view made up for the size. And VERY quiet — a gem for sensitive sleepers.

Cons: This has to be mentioned — the apartment is somewhat on top of the hill. For us, avid walkers, this was a plus. If walking 2,5 km on foot uphill is not your poison, make sure you rent a car

Pros: - The host contacted earlier to accommodate my check-in needs, and also after check-in to ensure if I needed additional items at the apartment - a swimming pool - the apartment has full arrange of kitchen utensils - elevator - secure access to the gate and apartment floor, safe and quiet neighborhood - a beautiful view over the mountains and the city Just do yourself a favor and reserve this place if you see this open for reservation - highly recommended, and I will certainly be booking this place again.

Cons: The location may seem a little far off from the city center at the first glance, but it is not an issue at all! If one remembers a bus station named Mont Fabron (300m from the APT), and a tram station, Ferber, one ultimately has access to 3 bus lines (50, 51, 60/61) that will bring you in and out of the apartment without waiting out for the bus ;)

Pros: Beautiful apartment with amazing views. The pool was a great addition Host was very helpful. Close to supermarket and bakery.

Cons: Buses didn't run very often so relied on Ubers to go into Nice
