Pros: Clean, neat, nicely arranged and sumptuous block of flats. Easy access to all parts of Nice, by public transport or on foot.

Cons: Some noise from apartments above

Lovely Apartment in Nizza to enjoy a great town

Pros: Booking shows exactly what we got, love it. Preparation was good and professional, we got the keys quit quick. Apartment is very good, nice size for two, nice equipped with grt WiFi, Parking Garage really next to the apartment. We reached all interested parts of Nice like beach and down town easy by feet, and had a great time. Area is great a lot of stores and we felt very safe.

Cons: Minor we would wish us a dishwasher instead of a laundry

Pros: Location was excellent - 10 mins from the beach, 2 mins to closest tram ( from airport) and walking distance to all of Nice - old town , port etc

Cons: The property was really excellent- Location, facilities, cleanliness. Unfortunately there was a little noise intermittently overhead from neighbour upstairs late at night. It was short lived each night but woke me up as I am a light sleeper.

Pros: L'appartement est idéalement situé sur un beau boulevard, à 400 mètres de la plage. La vieille ville est à environ 2 km, à quelques pas. L'appartement est très joliment décoré et attrayant.

Cons: C'est vraiment dommage qu'aujourd'hui, il faille marcher plus de 2 km pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement, alors qu'il suffit d'entrer par la porte d'entrée avec un code, et par la porte d'à côté avec un code également. Car on ne peut pas entrer dans l'appartement avec un code à la porte d'entrée, comme dans la plupart des villes. Tout le monde n'a pas de voiture pour s'y rendre. Il y avait très peu de volonté de faire le check-in avant 15h, et pas non plus de laisser les bagages à l'arrivée ou au départ. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas dès le premier jour. Nous avons contacté la réception, mais ils n'étaient pas très intéressés. Ils ont demandé si vous pouviez m'envoyer une vidéo avec les télécommandes, demander si c'était les piles, ou me donner un téléphone portable pour que je puisse les contacter et qu'ils puissent réparer… Au final, 9 jours sans télévision. Ils n'ont pas répondu à certains messages. Il y a une petite fenêtre dans la chambre sans protection, donc au lever du soleil, impossible de dormir. Les fenêtres du balcon sont à peine touchables ou ouvrables à cause de la quantité indécente de fientes de pigeons. Il y a trois fers à repasser, mais pas de planche à repasser, même si la description de l'appartement en mentionne une. Ces problèmes doivent être résolus, car cet appartement n'est pas bon marché.

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was dazugehört und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend, zentral mit Anbindung an den Nahverkehr, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons: Das Bett ist schmal und war mir persönlich zu hart

Pros: Das Apartment ist sauber. Es gab alles, was man für den eine Woche Aufenthalt braucht. Es gibt drei Lebensmittel Geschäfte in der Nähe, Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle nur in 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mehrere Cafés und den Strand sind auch in naher Reichweite.

Cons: Für die Schlüsselübergabe muss man extra ins Büro fahren. Manchmal war es durch den Nachbarn von oben sehr laut, sogar in der Nacht.

Pros: L'appartamento è ben posizionato, a pochi passi dal mare, dalla stazione del tram e dal centro, il che lo rende molto comodo per esplorare la zona senza bisogno dell'auto. Il letto era comodo e abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito e ben fornito di utensili da cucina, perfetto per chi desidera preparare i propri pasti e fare la colazione in casa. La zona è tranquilla e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi. La cucina è funzionale ed è presente anche un pratico fornetto.

Cons: L’unica nota negativa riguarda la gestione delle chiavi: è stato necessario recarsi presso un’agenzia situata in un altro punto della città, raggiungibile prendendo il tram. Sarebbe stato molto più comodo poterle ritirare direttamente sul posto.

Pros: Izuzetna lokacija, divan bulevar, plaza na 5 minuta, zeleznicka stanica za odlazak u bilo koji grad na Azurnoj obali veoma blizu, u neposrednoj blizini odlicni marketi i kafici, stanica tramvaja za odlazak do aerodroma na dva minuta od smestaja.

Cons: Vezano za smestaj bez zamerki.

Pros: Location was excellent. A beautiful relaxing neighborhood yet a walking distance from all points of interests and all of your needs for as grocery and restaurants.

Pros: 空港と直結しているトラムの駅が目の前にあり、プロムナードにも近くてロケーションはとても良かったです。 部屋も丁度よい大きさで綺麗でした。ベッドもちゃんとしていたのでよく眠れました。 スタッフの方（Jhon）もとても親切で、ドアの鍵の開け閉めの方法をレクチャーしてくれました。 とても快適な滞在でした。是非また利用したいです。
