Nice little studio in the heart of Nice

Comfortable, central, extremely well equipped.

Pros: The location is amazing - 15 mins walk from the station and the Old Town, 5 mins from the beach. There is a really nice cafe almost next door and a couple of supermarkets within easy reach. It is extremely well equipped with a fridge, a hob and a washing machine. There is a balcony you can sit on. The huge cupboard/wardrobe next to the door swallows up all your stuff. The bathroom is lovely with a very good shower, lots of towels and toiletries.

Cons: It is EXTREMELY small. The bed is a sofabed that you have to unfold and make up yourself. When the bed is unfolded there is pretty much no room to do anything else. But the bed is really comfortable.

Compact apartment, with washing machine

Pros: Tiny apartment, with sofa-bed. Compact but usable kitchenette including washing machine (but no drying rack, unfortunately). Small but functional bathroom. Balcony for fresh air Excellent communication from host, including video showing how to access. There is a lift, but several steps to reach it.

Pros: The studio is very nice and comfortable, it is very well equipped and has everything you might need during your stay. The owner of the apartment is very polite and helpful.

All was worth it.

Pros: Location was convenient and the apartment was OK. A little on the small size.

Cons: The apartment was a little small.

Comfort stay in great place!

Pros: Great location and comfort stay in wonderful building! Appartments is small but perfect for 1 person. Has wverything for any daily needs - kitchen, washing machine, nice sofa - bed and nice balcony with great view!

Pros: Прекрасное размещение в великолепном доме, рядом трамвай, магазины и море. Да, маленькая площадь, но есть все необходимое - удобная кухня, посуда, шкаф, диван-кровать и ванная комната. Плюс в этом благословенном городе никто из туристов не сидит долго дома, поэтому размер апартаментов не критичен. А стоимость и расположение - адекватны.

Cons: Стена рядом с душевой кабиной уже требует небольшого косметического ремонта и нужно обновление санитарного силикона в душевой кабине, иначе вид неопрятный.

Pros: Logement très bien situé. Proximité avec le centre, plages etc. Instructions claires et bonne communication avec les hôtes. Logement fonctionnel.

Cons: Assez petit mais on y trouve tout le nécessaire.

Pros: Excellent emplacement, quartier très calme. Studio propre et sécurisé, convient parfaitement pour un couple. Hôte très agréable et réceptif.
