We were completely satisfied with the accommodation, the owener was friendly and caring.

Pros: The location is very good, garden view is beautiful, a quiet place. The owener is professional and accurate.

Cons: It may be difficult for an older person to get into bed with a ladder. However , the owner warns about the location of the bed.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in Nice to the fullest. The appartement location was top notch. Everything what you need is reachable by hand - transport, stores and most importantly the sea. Not to mention the wonderful owner who was so kind and took care that our stay would be the best. Truly recommend!💯

Fantastic, love Nice, love the property, would recommend and would stay again. Thank you.

Pros: We loved the location, perfect, though it’s a long hot walk to the old town. The ice cream parlour down the road was amazing, we visited it every night.

Cons: There was occasionally a bad drain smell but in old properties you expect that at times.

Loved staying here. Beauitful apartment with pretty view and perfect location.

Pros: Perfect location and beautiful view of the garden. Absolutely loved the city and this apartment.

Cons: There was an awful smell from the bathroom the entirety of our stay. We could avoid it if the door was closed it was just very odd.

Pros: Отличное расположение, отзывчивый хозяин, чисто, уютно. На кухне есть все необходимое.

Cons: Лестница на верхний этаж не удобная. У постельного белья был запах сырости, такой когда белье не досушили.
