Nice apartment, good location but could have been better.

Pros: Apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was 10 minutes from the beach, five minutes from the tramline which provides easy access to the city and the airport. There were several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The concierge in the apartment block, Marko, was extremely helpful.

Cons: There was no information about how to use the appliances in the apartment - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, waste disposal etc. We finally worked all this out by the time we had to leave. We had a major problem with the lift, which kept breaking down. One of our party had limited mobility and was unable to use the stairs. On one day, he was unable to leave the apartment because the lift was not working!

Would highly recommend this property it was furnished to a high standard and was in a good location for our needs

Pros: Good location within walking distance to the beach and just outside the old town. Quiet and safe.

Cons: It was a brilliant property for our family. Extra pillows in the bedrooms would have been useful.

Pros: Spacious clean apartment good location addition bonus having the en suites would highly recommend it

Perfect stay, worth of money.

Pros: Spacy, clean, quiet, perfectly equipped, very good location, approximately a 10-minute walk to the promenade and city centre.

Rigtig godt

Pros: God beliggenhed, tæt på vandet. I lejligheden var der det man havde brug for. Vi manglede dog en klud og et viskestykke, men ellers rigtig fint. God aircondition og plads i lejligheden. Gode senge og lækkert med en elevator i opgangen. Nem indtjekning og udtjekning, hvor man afhenter og aflevere nøglerne i en box. Personalet svarede meget hurtigt, når man havde spørgsmål

Cons: Vi havde forventet at alle værelser havde et toilet hver. Dette var vi lidt ærgeligt over. I lejligheden var der mange små insekter, men personalet var hurtige til at sende en person ud og forsikre os om at det var harmløse dyr som kommer ved fugtige omgivelser

Pros: We had plenty of space and privacy for all family members. Separate bathrooms are excellent. Very convinient check-in/out process, early check-in. Great privacy, good connection to the airport, good beds, clean, all systems working, shops and bakeries near by. We recommend!

Cons: There is not too much daylight in the appartment when it's not sunny outside. We had no luck with weather, it was cloudy and rainy and rather dark in the appartment. Usually should not be a problem in Nice :)

Bien placé et au calme pour découvrir Nice

Pros: Logement spacieux, idéal pour une famille avec ses 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Calme et bien situé, non loin de la promenade des Anglais et à 15mn de marche de la gare.

Cons: J'aurai apprécié une petite attention décorative dans le logement pour marquer les fêtes de Noël.

Kommer gjerne tilbake

Pros: Flott leilighet, stille og rolig strøk. Gangavstand til strand og sentrum. Lett å få tilgang til nøkkel gjennom byråets utvendig posthylle.

Cons: Adressen til leiligheten kunne vært mere korrekt
