Amazing apartment, close to tram station and supermarket
Pros: The apartment was sparkling clean, literally 5 min. to the tram station from which it was very easy to go anywhere in Nice, kitchen was fully equipped, there’s one bedroom with nice spacious bed, there are two AC in the bedroom and living room, a nice balcony, another smaller balcony, shower and bathroom. The rooftop pool is open and there are sun beds. Also, there’s a supermarket right next to the building, which was also very convenient. Huguette, the hostess is very nice, she allowed us to check in earlier, and gave us a tour, and tips for making our stay in Nice memorable. Whole area is very nice, quiet and lovely. We loved everything about our stay in the apartment, and we recommend it sincerely.

Nice apartment with easy access into the centre of Nice by tram, would recommend
Pros: Good location in St Roch area of Nice. Just a 5 minute walk to Virgile Barel stop on L1 tram, so only 10 minutes to the centre of Nice. Apartment was right above a good InterMarché supermarket, which had everything we needed. The communal pool area was always quiet and we often had the whole pool area to ourselves, which was great!
Cons: The beds weren't that comfortable, especially the sofa bed which was quite hard. We also had problems with the hot water but Huguette and Guy did their best to fix it as quickly as possible, so it was not a major problem.

Great value, beautiful place, amazing pool
Pros: Spacious apartment with everything you need, well equipped kitchen, great pool, the supermarket is literally next door to the building and the tram station si 2 min walk. Huguette was lovely, and she waited for us past midnight because of our flight delay.
Cons: The previous guests have probably smoked inside because there was a strong scent of tobacco that we smelled the first day. However, we didn't smell it after, so it was fine.

Pros: This property is located in an ideal spot in Nice, it is safe and 50m from the main tram line. Our host was so kind and welcoming when showing us around and giving us the key. The apartment is fabulous with plenty of space and lighting. There is also a pool and balcony situated here and it was a great stay.
Cons: it was perfect!!

Great experience, lovely apartment, exceptional host!
Pros: Lovely superb and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Beautifully decorated, located within a secure residence, 2 minutes walk from Tram that takes you to Old Center in 10 minutes. Huguette is so very welcoming and helped with everything we needed, she is an exceptional host, I will be happy to stay at her place again. There’s also a Intermarche supermarket within/beneath the residence, you literally just go downstairs to buy any groceries you need.

Tolle Unterkunft wenn jemand beim Thema Sauberkeit nicht so ein problem hat
Pros: Viel platz Gute Lage / Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe (wenige Gehminuten Supermarkt und Bäckerei im Hause Gastgeber sehr nett, allerdings konnten sie schlecht englisch und Verständigung war schwierig aber man konnte sich irgendwie verständig
Cons: Sauberkeit (es hätte sauberer sein können), wirkte als hätte kurz vorher noch jemand drin gewohnt und es wurde nur das nötigste gesäubert

Un séjour parfait
Pros: Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Localisation parfaite à 2 minutes du tram, 15 minutes de la gare TER à pied et à deux pas littéralement du supermarché. Huguette est une hôte adorable et chaleureuse. Tout était parfait.
Cons: Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps...
