Good value for money

Pros: Good location, close to railway as well as tram station, well equiped kitchen, easy communication with the owner, first floor, pretty quiet in the night.

Cons: Wardrobe cabinet was full of some sheets, towels and I do not know what, all wrinkled, also some boxes with lapms or something, all in all a lot of stuff. And yes, there are some small bugs, especially in the night, still the apartment is really clean, but I guess it is very hard to get rid of those pests
