Pros: The apartment was very clean and the guest is very kind. The location is very close to the train station and very close to the restaurants and all you need. I really recomand this apartment for a trip to Nice.

Perfect

Pros: The room was very clean and it smelled nice . It is in the centre so everything is nearby. It has everything iron , hair tools and WiFi . Comfortable big bed ,the owner was really nice and helpful with everything we needed

Cons: One more set of towels would be perfect but the apartment contains a laundry and some complementary detergent so it’s not so necessary

Great value for money

Pros: Very good value for money Very helpful and nice owner Perfect location, everything is within walking distance Clean and tidy

Cons: A little bit cold at night The bed could be more comfortable But all in all - for that price it was perfect

Uma estadia perfeita

Pros: Tudo muito limpo e organizado, me senti realmente em casa, a localização é perfeita tudo é muito próximo bem no centro de Nice. O proprietário tem uma boa relação com os hóspedes e está prestes a resolver e esclarecer todas as dúvidas. Fui muito bem acolhida e concerteza voltarei mais vezes !!!

Logement très propre et confortable, localisation parfaite

Pros: Facilité du check-in/out, le logement en général. On voit que tout est pensé pour de la location, tout y est dans les moindres détails et c'est très appréciable on se sent comme à la maison. C'est un logement vraiment très propre, la salle de bain était confortable. La localisation est parfaite puisque vous êtes vraiment proche de la gare et il y a beaucoup de restaurant autour.

Cons: Je n'avais pas vu en réservant qu'il s'agissait d'un canapé lit, après j'aurais du me douter au vue du nom \

Pros: Jó felszereltség: hűtőszekrény, mosógép, vízforraló, mosogató. A fürdőszoba kényelmes, tágas. Kulcsmentes, kóddal lehet bemenni az épületbe és a lakásba is.

Cons: Kicsi az apartman, két főnek is. A kanapét kell kinyitni ágynak, de így szinte nem marad hely. Nincs szekrény, így nem lehet hová pakolni a dolgainkat, csak a szoba padlójára. A mobil klíma nagyon hangos, nem túl erős, ha melegebb lett volna, akkor kevés lett volna már, de a 28-30 Celsius fokban még elegendő volt este lefekvés előtt bekapcsolni.

Pros: La posizione ottima posizione centrale vicino alla fermata del tram e ben collegata

Cons: Dovevamo avere il Wi-Fi a disposizione e non l abbiamo avuto per tutti gli 8 giorni causandoci non poco disagio dal momento che i giga andavano lenti in stanza. Il proprietario non ci è stato d aiuto dicendo che era un problema del fornitore ma dubito dal momento che è impossibile che una rete Wi-Fi manchi per 8 giorni probabilmente c’è stato qualche altro motivo…. Noi abbiamo pagato anche la Wi-Fi che non ci è stata fornita .
