Studio sur avenue jean médecin à Nice

Pros: We had a lovely stay! The apartment, eaven small in size, was spacious enough for two and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent—well connected to all forms of public transport and close to the main attractions. Check-in was very easy, with clear and helpful instructions from the host.

A comfortable place to stay in Nice

Pros: The studio is located just a few steps from the train station and within a nice walking distance to the city center and the sea! The apartment, even if small, is quite comfortable and nicely equipped for a short stay in Nice. The host was very flexible with my check-in and checkout times.

Everything was good and as expected.

Pros: Bathroom was equipped with a lot more things than expected You have everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is really close to everything- beach, train

Ideal location for a city break.

Pros: Excellent central location, clean, helpful host and lots of handy things like hairdryer.

Cons: Was a very hot room and fans not powerful enough.

Small but cozy place

Pros: Location is great, right in the city centre, very close to tram stops and main railway station, with very good access from the airport (direct tram). The apartment is small, but has everything you need. The view from the window is very nice. It is located at one of the main streets of Nice, with trams and crowds of people, so if you're looking for a quiet place- this one isn't for you, as it can get noisy at times. It's located on 4th floor, but there is an elevator. Very good contact with host, I had no problems with collecting keys. I asked about the hairdryer and he provided one with no problems, before I arrived. Tip for yogis- there is enough room for the mat ;)

Cons: It's overall clean, but the floor could use good hoovering and mopping.

Pros: Sijainti ja keittiö oli riittävästi varusteltu. Hiljattain remontoitu, siistit kaakelit. Bide-suihkusta plussaa!

Pros: L'amabilité du propriétaire, l'accueil à l'arrivée, la souplesse pour le départ. L'équipement du studio, son accessibilité, son emplacement, sa propreté et sûreté des accès.

Pros: Anfitrião espetacular. Localização muito boa. Casa bem equipada. Check-in e check-out muito fácil, o anfitrião é bastante acessível e responde com muita prontidão. Uma pequena sugestão: um cabine de parede seria útil.

Cons: Sofá-cama desconfortável pois o estrado está danificado.

Magnifique

Pros: L emplacement, la tranquilité de l Immeuble, toutes les commodités à côtés, le tram devant la porte. L hote ,très à l écoute et soucieux que tout se passe bien.
