"Le Sky" by EnjoyNice - 3-bedroom apartment with Airco and balcony

Pros: it was a spacious apartment. location was great. you can take a tram to go straight to the sea side easily. all kitchen utensils are provided. tea bags , tea, coffee, washing/ cleaning agents salt pepper all are already in the apartment. it is in 5th floor with elevator. you have to take 4-5 stairs to reach the elevator from entrance beds were so comfortable. one the best beds I have slept on. the toilet is separate from bath/shower area. but you should use bath basin to wash your hands. smart TV is provided. all rooms have air conditioning

Cons: rooms walls need painting, wall's paints were so unclean and old the light in one the rooms was insufficient. if you have car, be noted that the parking provided is operated by elevator. the entrance of that elevator is not wide so you cannot use it with SUV cars. during our stay the elevator broke and we could not use our car for two days. the water warming unit is operated once daily and it was advised that it is sufficient for 30-60 min shower per day. so if you exceed that, the water will go cold until next morning. we had no problem as we were two person.

Excellent as per usual.

Pros: Superb location, great communication throughout the booking process and picking up the keys. Very happy with everything.

Cons: Had to come home too soon 😂

Pros: the location is so perfect. great for getting train out to day trips and close to all that is on offer in Nice, but not too noisy. really spacious apartment and the view as you have breakfast is amazing.

Cons: it smelt a bit odd when you first walk in and near sinks. but didn’t linger. did let Nicolas know.

Pros: Logement réservé pour des collaborateurs qui ont été très heureux de l’appartement , très confortable avec un très bel espace

Pros: Super beliggenhed. Meget venlige og hjælpsomme værter. Fin lejlighed. Godt wifi. Flot udsigt.

Cons: Generelt rigtig fin lejlighed. Den er lidt slidt, men alt fungerede.

Pros: Huoneisto vastasi kuvausta. Tilava asunto ja ilmalämpöpumput joka huoneessa. Keittiön varustelutaso oli hyvä. Pesukoneet olivat huippu lisä! Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

Cons: Hissi oli pieni.

Pros: Trois chambres (2 lits doubles et 2 lits solo) comme sur les photos, grande salle à séjour, avec vu magnifique, cuisine équipée. Nous restions pendant 3 jours et nous revenons! 10 minutes à pied a la mère, a vieux marché, tram et gare sont à côté; ambiance d'appartement est très sympa! Bien pour les familles, pour les amis.

Cons: Quasiment rien. Une plaque chauffante était relativement lente (nous étions avec les enfants), peut être changer la table (il est bien sympa, mais un peu instable vu son âge historique).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Nizza und haben die zentrale Lage der Wohnung genossen.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr zentral. 500m vom Bahnhof, 100m bis zur Shoppingstraße. Den Strand und die Altstadt erreicht man in jeweils 15 - 20 Minuten ebenfalls zu Fuß. Das war echt top, da man das Auto nicht bewegen muss. Parken kann man gut im Parkhaus am Bahnhof, welches sauber und sicher ist. Zugang nur mit gültigem Parkticket. Für Langzeitaufenthalte lohnt sich die Buchung vorab im Internet. Man bekommt einen Zugangscode, welchen man an der Schranke bei Ankunft eingibt und ein Parkticket bekommt. War alles gut erklärt und hat perfekt funktioniert. Nahe Ziele, wie Antibes oder Monaco kann man gut mit dem Zug erkunden.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Klima in jedem Raum, reichlich Küchenutensilien usw. Aber es ist doch alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Eine Zimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen, weil die Klinke abfiel. Die Toilettenbrille hing nur noch an einer Schraube. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, die sich sicher leicht abstellen lassen.

Stadturlaub

Pros: Großzügige Wohnung, tolle Lage (einkaufen, Strand, Altstadt, Bahnhof - alles fußläufig), gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns zu fünft sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons: Der Siphon in der Dusche war defekt und der unangenehme Geruch zog durch die Wohnung. ABER Nicolas kam sofort und hat das Schlimmste beseitigt. Mittlerweile ist der Siphon wahrscheinlich ersetzt.
