Lovely large familial apartment in central Nice

lovely and homely

Pros: very comfortable, spacious and all necessary things were available. the shower is also pretty big which is a big plus for me. the location is closeby to the oldtown and the beach

Pros: Great location, good for large family. Great communication with staff .really friendly and accommodating. Came to let me in when I locked us out within 10 minutes .

Cons: Dated apartment could do with updating. Some furniture quite stained. Poor air conditioning in 3rd bedroom. Small kitchen but well equipped

Pros: The host was very nice and helpful even though there was the need to do some works in the apartament during our stay. He promptly offered a solution and accommodated our needs.

Cons: Generally the apartment needs some modernization (except the bathroom that seemed to have been recently renovated) but it perfectly suited our needs.

Pros: The apartment is spaciou, clean, comfortable bed and quiet place. It's in Central Nice and ten minutes walk to the long beach.

Great value

Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. Useful for big families like ours. Host was flexible enough and it was nice to find a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy upon arrival

Excellent apartment - would recommend!

Pros: Brilliant location in city centre near railway station/tram Plenty of room for family with 3 grown-up kids Comfortable living room with enough room for us all to sit James met us on site on arrival even though it was 10pm on a Sunday night and was extremely helpful throughout our stay Good shower Comfortable beds Well-equipped kitchen

Cons: Only 1 set of keys which was inconvenient if some of group was staying out later One of bunk beds was extremely squeaky

Pros: Nice apartment with a good location. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only one set of keys was not an easy task as we were 5 and not going places and doing things together.

Pros: Very lovely place and host. Cosy livingroom, nice kitchen (which had a very nice fridge with cold water tapp) and comfortable beds. We loved the airconditioning to cool down after the hot summer days in Nice. Also very nice area with easy access to supermarkets, boulangeries, the beach and old nice (the last two at a 15/20 min. Walking distance)

Cons: The only ‘complaints’ we had was that there isn’t a door or curtain on the shower which makes for a lot of water mess whenever you take a shower. But it was easy to fix by just using a regular towel to clean it up everytime. Another thing was that the only two people bed had doors with glass in them. So the couple in our group that stayed there lacked a little bit of privacy. But again, nothing that can’t be fixed with some towels over the windows. Everything else was perfect and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros: Great location, big apartment , loads of restaurants, shops, bakery, close to the apartment.

Cons: Hard to park the car

Pros: Very spacious, great location. We were with kids, was comfortable and convenient. All necessary commerces near, also one of the best croissants in France.

Cons: During our stay dishwasher was not working but it was minor inconvenience. Not the most fresh look but it was compensated by price and location.
