Good apartment, good area.
Pros: Good location near the Alsace tram stop. Good bathroom, nice terrace, good area. Pleasant lounge, kitchen and main bedroom. The second bedroom was ok.

Lovely apartment, great location and would definitely stay there again.
Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location. Close to all amenities. It was very clean, well equipped kitchen towels and bedding of good quality. The apartment building also has a lift.
Cons: First off the key pickup could be closer to the apartment. Arriving by train we had to take a taxi to two locations at a cost of $50. Secondly, the living room could use a more comfortable couch to sit on or a comfy chair. Thirdly, an additional bath towel would be good as one bath and one hand towel for a week was not sufficient. Also, there were no instructions on how to use the induction stove. Instructions posted would have been helpful. Lastly, attention should be given to the patio table and the glass wall between the adjoining patio as both were broken.

Pros: We really liked the location close to the underground metro. The balcony was really nice as well. The rooms were good sizes too.
Cons: I didn't like that the check in information had NO mention of the keys being in a different location to the actual apartment. Only once we booked and paid we got a message a few days before to say we had to collect them from another location. It was really annoying having to go further into town from the airport to collect the keys to them go all the way back on ourselves to the apartment. This should be mentioned in the check in comment section on the booking as we wouldn't have booked it knowing this. It would have also been a lot harder for a customer who was disabled or elderly. Something for the accomodation to think about.

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in Nizza
Pros: Sauber und gute Ausstattung Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Reichlich Platz Tolles Badezimmer Laufnähe zum Strand und zur Innenstadt
Cons: Leider hat das 2. Schlafzimmer nur ein Stockbett und und ist sehr klein. Leider auch kein Fenster nach draußen

Apartament ben situat i ampli pero amb mala gestio
Pros: L'apartament esta molt ben situat, a un barri tranquil de Niça a prop de la platja, de supermercats i del centre (amb metro o caminant). Estava net i és espaiós, tot i que l'habitació dible al tenir lliteres no es tant comoda.
Cons: L'edifici és antic i la primera impressió no es gaire bona, a part que estaven reformant el pis del costat i va implicar que l'ascensor, petit que ja era, estava tot empaperat i brut i de bon mati ja feien seroll. A part, l'apartament esta gestionat per una agencia i el primer dia et fan anar a la seva seu a recollir les claus i et fan pagar un diposit per futurs desperfectes ocasionats ( a triar a pagar 26 euros no retornables o 300 euros que et tornen al cap de minim 15 dies d'haver marxat!). Em sembla fatal aixo del diposit ja que a mes a mes a l'arribar alli ens vam trobar que la pica de la cuina no tenir manec per obrur-la i la porta del congelador estava trencada, a part de trobar-nos un paquet de mandonguilles obert al congelador i el rentaplats ple. Es inadmissible que despres de pagar uns diners per desperfectes ens en trobem i que ens trobem menjar obert i plats per recollir! Tambe hagues agrait que al menys hi hagues un rotllo de paper de wc pel primer dia, aixi com hi va haver un kit per rentar els plats.

Pros: Leuk uitzicht, veilige en schone omgeving. Rustig appartement. Redelijk centraal gelegen. Knus balkon. Goede bedden. Alles was schoon.
Cons: Het ophalen van de sleutels. Douche werd koud op een gegeven moment. Weinig servies, slechte messen en geen schaar.
