Pros: A very nice neighborhood, beautiful restored buildings, the proximity to the beach, the tram station to the airport very close, in the apartment you have everything you need

Pros: Cozy,clean, quiet, safe, private, worthy, 8 mins to the sea

Pros: Situated in a very good position, few min walking feom the sea. Apartment has everything that you need

Pros: bâtiment silencieux Immeuble calme, bel appartement, lit très inconfortable

Cons: Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable ; j'ai même eu un torticolis.

Pros: Amplasarea ideala, aproape de centrul orașului, de plaja și de statia de tramvai. Am avut o defecțiune la baie pe care însă proprietarul a remediat-o imediat. Au fost prompți. Nu sunt plase de țânțari la geam și ne-au ciupit câțiva. Canapeaua extensibila deși e moale, scârțâie foarte tare.

Cons: Nu a venit nimeni să facă curat pe perioada sejurului de 5 zile. Nu s-au schimbat prosoapele.

Soluzione ideale e conveniente per visitare Nizza

Pros: Posizione fantastica, spiaggia facile da raggiungere e anche stazione treni

Pros: para una persona sola, esta bastante ideal. Espacio cómodo y tranquilo, cercano al centro y playa.

Cons: El aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido. Para una persona con el sueño sensible le puede molestar un poco, pero para mi estuvo bastante bien. Depende mucho si se viaja en una época con ola de calor o no.

Pros: Nice apartments without frills, but there is everything you need for your stay, including AC, kitchen with equipment, nice little things like salt or oil. Great location! A couple of minutes to the Lidl store and a popular takeaway pizzeria, a couple of minutes to the sea. The center is a 15-20 minute walk along the seepromenad or very beautiful streets. It's very important, that it's very quiet. Чудові апартаменти без особливої вишуканості. Але все є для комфортного перебування: кондиціонер, кухня з приладдям, маленькі дрібниці типа сіль чи олія. Пару хвилин до магазину Lidl, популярної піцерії на винос, пару хвилин до пляжу, пішки до центру хвилин 15-20 або набережною або красивими вулицями. І головне дуже тихо.

Cons: Not suitable for those who expect special comfort or room design. Не пасуватиме тим, хто очікує особливий комфорт чи дизайн приміщення.

Pros: 10 min a piedi dal mare, luogo tranquillo ma vicino a supermercati e ristoranti, ambiente piccolo ma fornito dell'occorrente per pochi giorni. Prezzo onesto.

Cons: Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare la modalità di entrare nel condominio, perché avevo informazioni sul box e la chiave ma non sul \

Pros: Petit studio au calme , idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la Promenade des Anglais . Parfait pour 2 personnes ! Canapé lit très confortable . Equipement très satisfaisant . Hôte réactif et arrangeant . Je recommande vraiment pour un court séjour à Nice
