Pleasent stay, good feeling in the apartment just security deposit should have been handled better

Pros: The apartment is new, everything inside is very nice and nicely decorated and it is fully equipped. It has a nice vibe as well. The building is really good as well. It had hair dryer and iron for clothes which is awesome.

Cons: From the beginning of the booking it was not described in the description area that a security deposit has to be paid via a third party website (swifty). This is only referred to in the final section of payment area that a security deposit will be required. After booking and paying for thr apartment i got a message from the owner that a Security Deposit of 500 € via Swifty will be necessary to be done until 1 day before arrival. This is done via a different link and not directly through booking. I was really concerned and i have tried discussing about with the owner but not really responsive when i have been asking whether this is a charge or a hold on the money they wouldn’t reply for days. I contacted booking and they made me sure that if eveything happens with the security deposit that they will take care of it which made me feel better. The after booking treatment for the security deposit questions that i had to the owner got me so anxious and i really felt bad! The situation however finished in a good way, the last day when i used swifly to do the security deposit i was not charged it was just to put your card in case something happens and this would have been so easy and peaceful if it was properly explained by the owner. I really liked my stay in the apartment and wouldn’t want the apartment to have negative comments but the response of the owner and how the security deposit topic is handled I really consider that it should be approved.

Good place for its value

Pros: Nice place, pretty new building, all in good condition and works. Location is good - you have everything you may need pretty close - shops, bakery and just 8-9 mins away walking to the seaside. Another plus is quick and helpful replies from the property manager.

Cons: A bit tiny apartament, but you have all info in the description. One of minuses is lack of air conditioning, but ceiling fan helped a lot.

Appartamento a Nizza

Pros: L'appartamento è ben curato e pulito! Buona anche la posizione. In auto è facilissimo raggiungere tutte le posizioni principali. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile ed ha risposto a tutte le domande gentilmente e in pochissimo tempo. Sicuramente consigliato per soggiornare a Nizza!

Cons: L'assenza del condizionatore nelle giornate troppo calde purtroppo si sente, però i due ventilatori a disposizione aiutano leggermente. Per chi viaggia in macchina trovare un parcheggio in tutta la zona è complicato, ma esiste comunque un parcheggio a pagamento non troppo distante dall'appartamento.
