Pros: Good location with short walking distances to the tram (connecting to railway station/airport) and old town. Appartment with fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in a quiet street.

Cons: No personal contact to host, just WhatsApp-messages concerning where to find our door-keys, which were not at the place there were supposed to be. Took two hours to sort that issue out.

Spotless well equipped modern apartment located in heart of Old Town Nice

Pros: Property is located in the heart of the Old Town and a 10 minute walk through to the beach. Easy to find and access with a lovely view out to the street. Kitchen well equipped and great size, bathroom clean and spacious and a good sized wardrobe for all belongings. Building is safe and has lift with apartment located on the top floor. Bed is a pull out sofa bed, comfortable enough for a short stay. All round great place which we couldn’t fault. Would highly recommended staying.

Spacious stylish apartment in the centre of Nice

Pros: The room is more spacious than it looks in the photo. Very bright. Good kitchen. Location in the heart of Nice.

Cons: We didn't have enough coffee/tea. We didn't like that we had to clean the room thoroughly before departure (we would have done it anyway, but it's not very comfortable when it's an obligation).
