Confortable central Studio to discover Nice

Wonderful location

Pros: Location. It was roughly 10 to 15 minutse by walking away from most of the sights

Cons: I wish there were instructions on how to use the facilities (microwave, washing machine, etc)

Polite, modern flat, perfect correspondence with the host

Pros: Very nice, polite flat, nearby the beach. Perfect, fast correspondence with the host. We would have liked to stay longer, but at some point the vacation is over.

Cons: However, it would be nice if the bed was a little more comfortable :)

Cosy for sure, but perfect if you want a home base while you explore the region

Pros: The locaiton was just great. Close to the old city, easy walking distance to the quai, but also the epicentre of comic and model shops, which is great for the geek traveler :)

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Pros: Convenient location: Only 5-min away from both the bus stop and the old town. A comfortable room, and a very nice host! The bed was super comfortable.

Cons: Many small flies. We killed 7 flies in 3 days.

Pros: Nice little studio. Great location. Responsive owner. You can self check-in at any time l, which is a plus.

Cons: The bed is a sofa bed, which as expected cannot match a real bed, but it was very adequate for 2 nights. Parking can be tough as the area is very popular.

Perfect choice!

Pros: Nice apartment with a perfect location. Clean, tidy flat, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, pleasent neighborhood. The city center and the seaside is easily accessible on foot, the airport is 30 min journey with tram. Lot of bakeries, shops and restaurants near the apartment. Elena was very kind and helpful, easy communication and self check in. Absolutely recommend it, we felt like home! Very good value for money.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Die Lage war toll. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt und die Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zum Flughafen ist ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe.

Cons: Es gab nur eine Klappcouch. Für zwei Personen etwas eng aber trotzdem bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen.

Pros: Отличное расположение, в шаговой доступности до всего самого интересного и до пляжа. Симпотичный ухоженный, хорошо оснащенный апартамент. Удобный диван-кровать, подушки и одеяло. Красивый чистый подъезд. Рекомендую!

Cons: Цена кусается, но это Ницца и самый центр. Оно того стоит!

Pros: Самостійний чекіні, чекаут по зрозумілим інструкціям без списку вимог від хоста. Чудовий, спокійний район недалеко від пляжу та старого міста.Сучасне обладнане помешкання з усім необхідним для тимчасового проживання: комфортний диван, посуд, бокали, кавомашина, пральна машина, TV, достатньо рушників та косметики для душу. Порадувала турботливо залишена пляжна парасоля та сушарка для білизни. Коментуючи попередній відгук, клопів не виявлено.

Cons: Капсули для приготування тільки дві.
