Modern apartment with AC near Old Nice & Beach

Pros: Great location, close to the city centre and the old city, clean flat, had all that we need for a comfortable stay (hair dryer, cooking stove, fridge, lift) quiet location, great communication from our host, Baptiste

Perfect central cosy apartment

Pros: Baptiste was very helpful. My questions were answered promptly and helped to make my stay as stress free as possible . The location is perfect for walking to the town or getting the tram to the airport or the Matisse and Chagall museums. Lots of supermarkets nearby and cafes. Clear instructions for checking in and out and for getting the tram from the airport. I will be back. Excellent

Great place with good energy

Pros: Very nice apartment, not big, but bigger than others in Nice. Everything is new, clean, cozy, the owner takes care of everything for cooking, washing and many other little things. Books, candles, all this was. I felt at home. The atmosphere is warm and with good energy, the entrance is quiet and safe, the elevator works, it is convenient with suitcases. There is a store nearby, the sea is within walking distance, I will definitely come back here. The owner is decent and was always in touch, met late in the evening, arrived at the house, this is also important. Thank you for the stay

Well equipped studio in great location

Pros: Good location. Flexible and helpful host with arrival time to save lugging cases around for hours. Studio larger than expected, bed comfortable and efficient air conditioning. Ideally set up for 2.

Cons: Some neighbours a little noisy over the weekend at night (though not much anyone can do about that) and studio could do with a bread knife.

Pros: I like the room itself and closeness to the center of the city. Beside these, the owner Baptiste and Marie-Clarie are very very kind, they helped me in every step of my stay. You can book this room blindfolded.

Pros: The location was excellent and the size is perfect for a solo traveler. Walking distance to everything I needed, included the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. Communication was very good, as I received an immediate response whenever I had a question. Kitchen was well-equipped.
