Beautiful View

Pros: Beautiful view just breathtaking. Terrace pictures, studio pictures are true to likeness. Lovely pool. The sofa bed is double size and comfy. So 2 double beds. Just tucked away so no shop/bar/restaurant nearby. If your in car not an issue great parking provided. The beach accessible by lifts and steps and is beautiful.. Town is amazing with lots of nice places to see and dine. Very authentic. Close to station and Ubers reasonable. Worth being tucked away as the location view just great. Would return.

Great overall experience

Pros: The view was sensational, the apartment was lovely and clean, had everything you need, the swimming pool was a bonus, very quiet which was nice. Would come again, and would strongly recommend it, the view from the balcony is to die for, wonderful property.

Cons: The property was excellent cannot fault it at all, the only negative for us was the walk up from the beach its a big hike up in the heat, you need to be fit and able, but no means a moan from us.

Fantastic location and breathtaking views

Pros: The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing. Quiet building and safe location. Fantastic cycling routes from the doorstep. Shaded parking space for your car. Decent kitchen facilities. Aircondition with sufficient cooling.

Cons: Common garbage room was quite small for the number of apartments.

Pros: Das Appartment befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Villefranche-sur-Meer und nah zum Strand. Es ist eher für zwei Personen geeignet als für drei. Wir fanden alles im Appartment, was wir brauchten. Der Balkon mit dem tollen Blick ist das Highlight; wir haben uns fast nur dort aufgehalten (gegessen), wenn wir zu Hause waren. Das französische Bett könnte ein bisschen zu klein sein für zwei Personen, wenn man an mehr Platz gewöhnt ist oder braucht. Aber ein größeres Bett würde da auch nicht passen. Wir haben das Appartment in einem sauberen Zustand gefunden: ein gepflegtes Appartment. Auf jeden Fall sofort die Hausordnung lesen, das ist auch wichtig für die hinterlegte Kaution. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr gut gefühlt. 100% Empfehlung für zwei Personen!

Mooi uitzicht en een mooie plek om Nice en Monaco te bezoeken.

Pros: Zeer mooi uitzicht, zwembad was prima en schoon, alles keurig onderhouden. Appartement had alle faciliteiten zoals wasmachine, vaatwasser, oven etc. en voldoende bestek, potten en pannen

Cons: Gedoe met borg van 800,- Euro, wazige e-mail daarover, dacht eerst dat het phising was omdat men mijn credit kaart gegevens wilde hebben, ben ik niet zo happig op. Wel eerst contact gezocht met de tussen partij die dit behandelde, door de stad heen om de sleutels te krijgen. Douchen in bad waarbij jezelf de douchekop moest vasthouden. Het wandelen naar het stadje zelf was elke keer een aanslag op je conditie, zeer steile wegen en trappen om omlaag en later weer omhoog te moeten..., zeker niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn !
