Lovely apartment and kind host

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and the terrace is a big plus. It is close to the tram stop. The host was very kind and allowed us to check out later, since our flight was much later in the day - most likely also because it was possible to do so.

Pros: Beatiful spacious apartment on the ground floor. There was 4 of us and we were really comfortable, especially with beatiful private garden. The owner was really great and went above and beyond to meet our demands (he let us leave luggage before check in time and let us stay a bit longer since the next guests were coming late). And he has great attention for details, with a lot of prepared guides about Nice and surrounding area. Great place, would recommend.

Pros: Very accommodating hosts for our arrival, departure and other needs. Great facilities available and very cosy feel to the whole apartment in general. The apartment is also just a few minutes from the tram, bus stop and other convenient stores, and it is not far from the beach itself either.

Nice place and kind host

Pros: Very spaceous terrace and apartment was fine for three persons as well. We arrived earlier and host let us in before too. He was very kind and explained all the things. Arrpoximately 8 minute walk to the nearest beach.

Easy. Accessible.

Pros: We spent a great time at the terrace. It’s pretty spacious. The toilet and studio is very clean. The host really help us and provide us with things that we need. The location is very near to the beach and station ;)

Cons: Overall alls good. Just For the kitchen there could be pots and pans for the stove, despite that there is still oven dish pans provided for the oven.

Pros: Було чисто прибрано!!! Не було сторонніх не приємних запахів .Все необхідне було :рушники;все для душа;чай,кава (різна);для пляжа парасолька та підстилка;для проїзду були 2 картки ( приємно ) .

Cons: Єл. замок не працював проблему вирішили швидко , но т.як ми проводили час не разом ,це один ключ було б дуже добре ,але все ок не крітично.Бойлер я не зрозуміла як увімкнути, арендадавец оперативно відповів на смс та пояснив (добре що це була не ніч).
