Pleasant and calm stay. Very cozy accommodation. Warm in winter due to the classic water heating using iron radiators. N

Pros: Very nice cozy place 5 min. by foot to the Promenade des Anglais.

Pros: Very good location,near to tram,beach and centre as well. Silent area. Well equiped rooms and detailed instructions and welcome.

Pros: It was quiet, it had style, it had everything needed good air and no mosquitoes.

Well located and comfortable place to stay

Pros: Perfectly located, close to beach and restaurants, public transport, but quiet. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Well organised with helpful information and guidance provided in advance.

Excellent apartment

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment for about two weeks and were fully satisfied with the experience. The apartment was well-equipped with all the everyday household essentials—plenty of dishes and cutlery, an iron, cleaning supplies for the washing machine and dishwasher, and more—which made it especially convenient for a longer stay. The owners went above and beyond by providing detailed instructions on how to use all the appliances in the apartment. They also included helpful tips on using public transportation and shared recommendations for great local spots to visit, as well as places to enjoy brunch or dinner. The location is excellent—just a short walk from tram and bus stations, yet situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was a very pleasant and hassle-free experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Cons: The only small note is that there were quite a lot of messages via email and messenger. All the info was really helpful, but it could be even better if it were a bit more condensed, consolidated. Still, we truly appreciated all the care and detail!

Location of apartment was great-near the beachfront and close to restaurants and shops

Pros: Location was great, very comfortable apartment and kitchen well equipped.

Viskas patiko, mielai sugrįžčiau dar kartą.

Pros: Rami vieta, geras susisiekimas, netoli jūros, 20 minučių eiti iki traukinių stoties. Puiki virtuvės įranga, švaru!

Cons: Didelis užstatas, kurį grąžino po poros savaičių.

Le logement idéal pour la belle Nice

Pros: l'appartement est très bien agencé, doté de nombreux produits d'entretien, alimentaires (huile sucre, épices...) bien décoré. La literie est très bonne . On se sent vite chez soi ! Le quartier est calme tout en étant très proche de la Promenade des anglais et surtout des nombreux transports en commun tramway, bus rendant les visites jusqu'à Monaco, Menton faciles ... C'est parfait ! Et la gare est à 20 mn. Pour ceux venant en voiture un parking à quelques minutes, par contre la circulation dans Nice peut se révéler délicate... Nice est belle et nous reviendrons et aux citronniers !

Cons: Было странно не обнаружить вытяжку в ванной комнате , в такую жару , принимать душ пришлось с открытой дверью
