Pros: Very kind owner, who was always available when you needed sth :), centrally located and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable as well. As a welcome, we even got a bottle of wine and chocolate. Can truly recommend this place :)

Pros: The facilities in the room are very complete, the heating is sufficient, the hot water is sufficient, and a lot of supplies are provided. The towels are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The WiFi signal is sufficient and the network speed is very fast. Most importantly, the landlady was super nice and prepared welcome gifts (chocolates and champagne, as well as some sparkling water) for us, which relieved our fatigue on the train. It wasn't time to check in when we arrived, but the landlady was kind enough to let us put our luggage in her room, which relieved our burden. The location of the house is also good, it only takes about 5 minutes to walk from the subway station, and the distance to the seaside is also good. Super good experience, highly recommended!

Pros: The apartment was a great size with all facilities we needed. The best thing about it is the location. A short walk to the sea and fabulous promenade. The supermarket, tram station and city are all within easy walking distance.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Katja's apartment. The interior was exceptionally modern, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the apartment featured new windows, a new kitchen, and a completely renovated bathroom. Our welcome included complimentary chocolates and wine, which was a delightful surprise 🙂 Throughout our stay, the host guided us, making us feel like we had our own concierge service, akin to staying at a 5-star hotel. Both check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The apartment is conveniently located just behind the renowned Hotel Negresco, home to an incredible historical bar. A brief 4-minute walk took us to the beach. If we return to Nice in the future, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

Awesome stay!

Pros: Katja's apartment was a great place to land after a very long drive to Nice. The instructions for getting in were clear, and the apartment had everything we needed. Katja is a gracious host who is quick to respond. It was very easy to get the key , as the instructions for the check in were clear. She also saved the evening with a recommendation to a restaurant in 'Hotel Amour just around the corner. And we were surprised with a bottle of wine and chocolate, which was prepared for us there 🌺 Beach towels were provided. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in . And coffee capsules in the apartment was a great touch. We recommend to stay at this place and we will definitely come back . Thank you so much , for your great hospitality, Katja❤️
