Perfect studio and location

Pros: Lovely, attentive host. Perfectly located studio, 5 minutes walk from La Promenade des anglais. wonderful view from the balcony

Nice Apartment

Pros: Great location. Reasonably priced. Very secure. Sam the host was lovely. She met us at arrival and departure and made sure we were comfortable and was easily contactable for any reason. Close to the beach and the tram. Easy free parking onsite. A relaxing vibe with a great view. Would stay again. Thanks 😃

Amazing!

Pros: Excellent sea views , very friendly lady managing the property with great tips and advice . Perfectly clean property, 1 minute walk from the beach, and very close to the tram stop. Highly reccomend , I will be back

Séjour vraiment très agréable.

Pros: L'accueil, l'amabilité et la disponibilité de Sam. Tous les agréments de l'appartement et la plage à 250m. Une adresse à retenir impérativement et à recommander vivement.

Cons: Un peu éloigné du centre de Nice, mais les transports en commun sont à 150m. J'avais mon vélo et c'était parfait !
