Very comfortable
Pros: Apartments were really great, everything you need, bathroom, kitchen. Wife admited a hair dryier. Very close to the beach! Only 2minutes. Also very close to the trum/bus station. Just 15-20mins by tram from Airport, connection is very good!
Cons: Nothing, all good.

Pros: The place is very close to the beach, and it is comfortable for a few days trip. You have everything you need, and also is great that the tram station is right in front of the building. And also is not far from the airport. Like 30 minutes walk.

Pros: The location was excellent: it was a 2min walk from the beach, there was a tram station in front of the building, it's not on the main street and was quiet. The studio is good for a short period stay
Cons: It's preety tight, especially for 3 people like we were. But it's not a problem for a short stay. There isn't light in the kitchen part, so it's a problem to cook something when it's dark. Also the water from the shower goes out and the bathroom wet

Just what I needed. Great value for money.
Pros: Quiet area and close to the promenade. It has a big window with a balcony, making the space very bright during the day. having a washing machine was helpful.
Cons: It was handy for me because I had meetings in a hotel near by (3 mins walking distance) but it is not particulary close to the centre of the city. Anyway, there is a tram station right in front which will take you to he centre in no time.

Pros: Great location of the apartment. The sea is practically across the road, and there is a tram stop nearby. The apartment has everything you need.
Cons: The main issue is the lack of air conditioning. The two fans available in the apartment help a little, but not enough – at night, even with the windows open and the fans on, it is hot and uncomfortable. (but manageable)

Vřele doporučujeme! Ubytování naprosto splnilo naše očekávání, poloha je skvělá, ochotná majitelka!
Pros: Vřele doporučujeme! Ubytování naprosto splnilo naše očekávání, poloha je skvělá, jen 7 zastávek tramvají od letiště a doslova blok od moře ,promenády. Vše, co jsme potřebovali, jsme měli nadosah. Komunikace s majitelkou byla výborná! Velmi ochotná, vstřícná a snažila se maximálně vyjít vstříc našim přáním a požadavkům. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt!

On passe une semaine incroyable où on sortaient tous les jours pour aller à la mer, visiter …
Pros: L’hébergement correspond parfaitement aux photos a côté de la promenade des anglais en plein centre ville et à côté de la mer. Aïcha (celle qui nous a accueilli qui était super gentille et qui a toujours répondu même à 23h pour chacun de nos problèmes
Cons: Cependant l’hébergement reste tout de même petit pour 3 personne je penses que pour deux personnes seraient plus adaptés.

Pros: Le studio est à 1 minute de la plage et 45mn à pied de la vieille ville. Il y a une superette au pied de l'immeuble (où nous avons récupéré les clefs). Le studio était très propre, l'avenue est calme, les lits étaient confortables.
Cons: Un tapis de bain serait bien pratique.

Pros: Das Studio ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Tram, der Strand, supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants sind direkt vor der Türe. Mit dem Tram oder Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum. Nachts ist es ruhig.

Pros: L'appartement était bien équipé et propre. On aimait la proximité de la plage. L'arrêt du tram se trouve juste avant du bâtiment.
Cons: Avant d'arriver on pensait qu'il y avait une terrasse dans l'appartement mais en effet ce n'est qu'un balcon sur lequel on ne se peut pas sortir.
