Pros: Beautiful view from the terrace, well-equipped apartment

Pros: The facilities were excellent, brilliant views of Nice

Cons: Not many decent restaurants locally, however the tram and other amenities were only a short walk.

Special Place to stay

Pros: Outstanding View, much Space for 3 Persons, Everythig needed is available by feet and inside of the appartement, Beach is not so crowded(when you walk in direction of center it gets fuller). If you want to rech center without car, there is a train going all the way along the coast. Onboarding was a nice person.

Cons: Normal Noise hecause of Main Street, but not this bad. Airplanes you hear but its more spectacular to watch them.

Pros: The apartment is very nice with a short walk to the beach and a great view over Nice and the bay. It is fully equipted and it is possible to close the sleeping area in the living room with a sliding door. The balcony is very big with the sun on it from early in the morning until late in the day. The public transport from the apartment to Nice is very easy to use and cost only 1,5€ per person.

Pros: Es war alles super. Die Lage, etwa 4km vom Zentrum, mit der Tram kein Problem, alles super erreichbar. Oder immer schön die Promenade entlang auch fußläufig ein Highlight. Der Blick von der Terrasse einfach genial. Sonnenaufgang inbegriffen.

Perfekt!!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet und entspricht den präsentierten Fotos. die Terrasse, die sich auf 3 Seiten der Wohnung befindet, bietet einen Wahnsinns Ausblick auf Nizza, das Meer von Morgens bis Abends. In der Nacht ist es im gesamten Wohnhaus sehr ruhig, nach Mitternacht hört man auch keine Flugzeuge mehr starten. Die Schlüsselübergabe und auch die E-Mail Kommunikation mit der Agentur in Nizza verlief sehr reibungslos.

Cons: Das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal (aber halt typisch französisch) und mit nur einem großem Bettlaken.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Abstrichen bei der Sauberkeit

Pros: Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach super. Ein Blick von der Dachterrasse zu jeder Tagesszeit aufs Meer. Einfach traumhaft. Von der Wohnung geht es einen Berg hinunter ca. 5Min zum Strand und der Straßenbahn, welche direkt ins Zentrum oder zum Flughafen fährt.

Cons: Die Sauberkeit bei der Übergabe war alles Andere als schön. Wir haben ersteinmal geputzt. Es wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Frekalien vom Vormieter an der Toilette geht gar nicht
