highly recommend

Pros: Really cheap for the area, was very clean, so near to the sea.

Cons: picking up keys was easy but a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

Excellent stay will sure recommend to friends as Tram station is Stone throw away

Pros: Location was good , Few mins walking to Promenade Tram station was very close hardly 2 mins walking so then can reach further to Nice Ville Train station in 10 mins and then can take further trains to All Sight seeing places by Train so convinent Really Enjoyed our stay

Cons: Everything was Perfect except collection of keys is 10 mins walking frm 120 Rue de France to 43 Rue de France as it was raining on first day but on last day we cud put keys on table in apt itself after talking to Alexander ( Really Nice Guy )
