Brilliant stay in Nice Old Town!
Pros: Fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything you could need. The host went above and beyond for my partner’s birthday, thoughtfully setting up balloons and a card (thank you!). The addition of air conditioning was a huge plus, and the apartment was spotless throughout.
Cons: The apartment is on the top floor, which means there are quite a few stairs to climb and no lift. Additionally, some neighbours in the building smoke, and the smell travels up into the apartment. It may not be an issue for everyone, but it’s worth keeping in mind.

Pros: amazing location, great restaurants right at your doorstep and walking distance to the beach!
Cons: peak summer and temperature in the apartment was very hot with only fans to cool the rooms :( aircon getting installed later this month but really would’ve cooled down the place

Pros: The location. Very best in town. Super. Apartment new, cozy and well furnished. New and nice furniture ( coffe machine, washing drying machine, kitchen furniture and utensils, fridge, tv). Strongly recomended.
Cons: A/C If not for the air conditioner it wil get 10 out of 10. The told me that are thinking to put the a/c. So probably next time 10/10

Very good! I'd like to stay for a few more days.
Pros: The geographical location is very good. You can see the blue coast from the window. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the seaside. The room is very tidy, and all kinds of things we need are ready. It's very comfortable to sleep!
Cons: Everything is fine, except that the corridor is sometimes dark and needs to be turned on.

Pros: L'intérieur du logement est bien pratique, bien équipé et bien agencé. Les codes d'accès délivrés par message facilitent grandement l'entrée dans l'immeuble et dans l'appartement. Guillaume, l'hôte sait être disponible à nos attentes et nos questions. Immeuble bien situé dans le Vieux Nice, à proximité de restaurants et de traiteurs locaux et permet de belles ballades.
Cons: Peut-être mettre des doubles rideaux dans le séjour...

Pros: Місце розташування чудове!!! Море за 5 хвилин, ви в самому ценртрі міста. Поруч кафе та невеличкі магазини. Є кухня, можна готувати.
Cons: Подушки не зручні, дуже тверді, диван поганий у вітальні. Спати не зручно, дуже неприємний запах каналізації , навіть у спальні. Нема чайника . В кінці власник написав листа, щоб ми винесли сміття. Це було не зручно

Ładne mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji.
Pros: Lokalizacja na starym mieście, wszędzie było blisko. Mieszkanie odnowione. Było w nim czysto. Wszystko było przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Klatka schodowa wąska i ciemna, ale tego się spodziewałem w starej kamienicy, zupełnie inna niż mieszkanie. Łóżka wygodne, nawet rozkładana kanapa była wygodna. Ogrzewanie i klimatyzacja, dobre dla każdego niezależnie od pory roku.

Pros: La communication avec Guillaume avant et tout au long du séjour. Guillaume a été très arrangeant afin que puissions arriver un peu plus tôt dans l’appartement. L’appartement est superbe et tres bien situé.
