Petit appartement, bien situé, pratique et confortable

Pros: L'emplacement dans le vieux Nice, à coté de la place Garibaldi était formidable, ainsi qu'un petit supermarché juste en face de l'appartement

Cons: l'ensemble du meuble de cuisine un peu vétuste et le freezer du réfrigérateur non décongelé. (des travaux sont prévus à notre connaissance)

Schönes Appartement direkt am Place Garibaldi und der Altstadt von Nizza

Pros: Die Lage des Appartements direkt am Place Garibaldi ist ideal, ganz nah an der Altstadt von Nizza und mit Anschluss an beide Straßenbahnlinien (optimal für Ausflüge). Das Appartement selbst ist vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden und daher relativ modern ausgestattet. Sehr umfangreiche Infos zum Appartement, zu den An- und Abreisemodalitäten etc. durch das Team von BnB Groom Service, natürlich aber alles online ...

Cons: Da es sich um eine (modernisierte) Altbauwohnung in der Altstadt von Nizza handelt, ist das Appartement relativ dunkel, d.h. es gibt wenig Tageslicht. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es leider keine Spülmaschine (stattdessen eine Waschmaschine). Trotz neuer Fenster, kann man in den Morgenstunden die Strassenbahn hören (wussten wir aber, und hatten uns mit Ohrstöpsel versorgt)
