Bijou apartment in good location

Pros: The location was excellent. Close to all amenities

Cons: The apartment was on the top floor. 55 steps up. No elevator. I was there in December. I needed the electric heater in the evening. Could do with a radiator in the bedroom

Pros: L'emplacement est bien proche du centre ville de Nice.

Cons: Appartement au grenier mais bien aménagé. J'ai récupéré les clefs dans une agence pas loin mais il faudrait y aller en voiture. Impossible de trouver une place de parking. Paiement de parking assez cher obligatoire : un point très négatif.

Cons: Au dernier étage sans ascenseur, cela cela peut être contraignant pour certaine personne ou lorsqu’il fait très chaud. La fenêtre dans la salle de bain qui ne ferme plus et laisse passer le bruit et la moisissure… La cuvette des wc cassée. ….De petits travaux à prévoir mais dans l’ensemble il est très bien et j’ai passé un superbe séjour en plein cœur du vieux Nice 🤩

Pros: Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a belváros szívében található. A lakás kialakítása, bár szokatlan, egészen praktikus és kényelmes.

Cons: Az lakás a ház legfelső szintjén van. Lift nincs. Az erkély inkább csak egy kilépő. Minden ablak sikátorra néz. Nincsen valami sok tároló hely ruháknak, csomagoknak.
