Bright Apartment Old Town

Great apartment

Pros: Spacious apartment in central location of Nice. Hosts were attentive and ensured I had everything I needed.

Cons: it gets really hot in sleepimg area since its an old building and theres only mobile air comditioning. The location its amazing but it gets busy during the night.

Amazing Property in heart of Nice !

Pros: everything about the house was so good.. excellent vibes, very well planned keeping the guests in mind.. minute details taken care of in kitchen for guests to have easy access to basic cooking stuff. good bedrooms overall very well maintained apartments with excellent hosts

Cons: just that 4th floor without elevator for family with kids and big bags was a challenge.

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect: the promenade is 10 minutes away, the old town is nearby, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. We will be happy to come back next time. The apartment owners are friendly.

Pros: The location could not have been better. Easy to get to both the harbour and beach sides. Lovely little cafe across the road for early morning coffees. Garibaldi square within 100m with shops, restaurants and bars in abundance and tram stops for lines 1, 2 and 3 making it easy to get anywhere in Nice. Also, just opposite was a great little burger shop for an evening treat. The apartment had everything we needed and any pre trip concerns we had weren't a problem. The stairs too the 4th floor had a shallow rise so never seemed too much of a chore (even when forgetting an item at the shop). The lack of a TV turned out to be a positive (it's so much better to chat and the kitchen island was perfect for us all to get together) and the air-conditioning wasn't a problem as the weather was comfortably mild. Overall, a great trip and I think Nice is a fantastic city that I will return to. Thank you from Terry and the Bedford Lions x

Great stay in Nice Old Town- would definitely stay again

Pros: The location is great, right at the old town above a supermarket and on a square with lots of bars/ restaurants. The host was really quick with responding and helpful. They let us stay later than check out which was so helpful as we had a late night flight. There’s a great coffee machine and everything you need in the kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious, light and clean

Cons: Some of the people in the building were rude to us for no reason

Pros: Location was very central and close to transport links! Restaurants, bars and cafe's all nearby too!

Pros: Hyper bien située et facile d’accès avec le tram (mais tout se fait facilement à pied). Appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire. Hôtes très sympas !

Weekend filles sous le beau soleil de Nice.

Pros: Le logement est très bien situé. Il est très lumineux Tout était très propre. Les literies sont parfaites. 2 salle de bain , 3 toilettes. C’est idéal. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants , réactifs et professionnels. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour la dernière journée. Merci à eux.

Super week-end passé grâce à ce logement qui avait tout ce qu il faut pour une famille

Pros: L’emplacement idéale pour visiter Nice sans voiture . L’accès de l’aéroport est super facile avec un tram qui nous dépose presque devant le logement
