Nice Renting - 9b Massena - Chic Escape in the Heart of Nice Comfort & Charm !

Pros: The location is definitely the highlight — very close to the city center and surrounded by great restaurants, which made getting around and dining out super convenient.

Cons: However, the entrance to the building felt quite shady and wasn’t very clean, which gave a poor first impression. Unfortunately, the apartment itself didn’t improve much on that front. There was noticeable dust on the kitchen furniture and overall cleanliness was lacking. It didn’t feel well-maintained, which was disappointing given the otherwise great location.

Pros: Super appart, très cosy ! Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut, on se sent comme à la maison. Quartier top, tout est à proximité. Séjour très agréable — et désolé, on a oublié une tablette de chocolat dans le frigo 😄 Je recommande sans hésiter !

Pros: Clean apartment. Pictures were accurate. Host was responsive. Any time I had a question he immediately replied.

Cons: Exterior was a little run down and balcony not accessible from within apartment.

Pros: 4人で宿泊しましたがとても広く、キッチン用品も充実してとても快適でした。 立地はマセナ広場から徒歩圏内で、オーナーとの連絡もスムーズでした。

Céntrico, limpio pero con acceso feo.

Pros: El departamento está limpio y está a unos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas.

Cons: La entrada al departamento es por un callejón muy feo y obscuro, ya que entras el departamento está bien. La cama es matrimonial y un poco incómodo.

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit Alexandre war sehr professionell. Das Appartement ist optimal für 2 Personen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist das Highlight, 1 min zur Fußgängerzone Rue Massena mit all den Restaurants. Wir waren abends im 50 m entfernten La Maison du Marie Restaurant, Bewrtung 4,3; tolle Atmosphäre im Innenhof, gutes Essen, wenn auch nicht umsonst; 2 min zum herrlichen Place Massena, mit einem Kaffee und einem Pain au chocolat im Cafe Mokka fängt der Tag wunderbar in Nizza an.

Cons: Es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Wir haben diesen deshalb nicht zum Essen genutzt, als Raucherort vielleicht ok. Die Beleuchtung im Hausflur funktioniert nicht. Hier kann der Wohnungseigentümer jedoch nichts dafür.
